This was a nice motel to spend the night in to break up our trip. The motel is pet friendly which was handy as we have a small dog. For a motel in a country town we were impressed. Close to restaurants.

Got a budget room which was unrenovated and had 60s style black toilet seat and yellow basin plus cacky brown tiles. Needed to wash my hair but no shampoo was supplied. Overall not good value compared with other motels in that price range in cooma.

This a Golden Chain Property and therefore speaks for itself. The ground floor rooms were spotless and the staff and Shane were great. Cooma lies midway at the base of the snowy Mountains and is great place to stopover between Goulbourn and the Sapphire coast. Also a base to visit Thredbo and Jindabyne and a lot cheaper.. A great base... More

As this was an overnight stay we looked for a Motel that was conveniently located and had a restaurant. This fulfilled our brief however we found the food very average and we were the only guests in the restaurant

This place is in need of a face lift. Rooms are large and comfy but old and tired. Showers aren't crash hot and the old fridge sounded like an air compressor all night. All in the group of 5 had similar issues.

We stayed there with our family on Friday night and requested a family room via wotif. The room that we got was terrible for the price we paid. When we checked in and went to our room we found that there was no central heating, tiles in the bathroom were chipped and cracked, and the hair dryer didn't work. You... More

Can't really fault the hotel other than typical high season snow prices. Friendly staff at checkin. But for eating head elsewhere. Thai restaurant is the worst I have come across in Australia. Food is bland , chilli free and staff are rude to customers! In Thai "Ped" means hot. Thai chef has no idea! Time to head to KFC to... More

Quite and clean room. Was disappointed that there was only central heating which could not be adjusted. I woke up in the night and put a jumper on as the heating turned off around 1am. The room was also a little expensive for what you got.

While the motel is older it has been well maintained and kept very clean. Gardens could use some work but rooms were very nice for the price. Would be happy to stay again if I'm ever in the area. Call the local ribs and pizza place found in the compendium as they are amazing. Didn't try the restaurant as we... More
