Since staying at the Paviilion in Canberra, my standards of a bedroom for an overnight stay have changed....... This motor inn is on the right hand side of Sharp Street (Snowy Mountains Highway). Entering the motor inn is a little confusing at night as there is an entrance and an exit and when you have people right up your boot... More

Large and ? newly built unit. Garage attached and great idea but so tight to park in nearly drive into other unit to back out. Décor - 1970's and total mismatch. Kitchen had no cooking utensils (bar a wooden spoon and ladel). Blanket on bed threadbare. TV & fridge not on when checked in and no channels tuned in on... More

The room was small, smelly and over-worn. The towels were threadbare and tiny, no hand towel or flannel. Small amounts of cheap tea, coffee, etc. Free continental breakfast was on time but limited with only a few choices. Heater didn't work well and large gap under door.

A very disappointing stay in a two bedroom villa. The so called fully equipped kitchen had NO cutlery, crockery or glassware . Old fridge not on when we arrived. Furnishings were all mismatched and nasty. Television was so small in the corner of the "lounge room", which had NO lounge . Had to sit on dining chairs. Feel ripped off.

We had to unexpectedly stay in Cooma for the night and did not have the chance to read reviews. BIG mistake. What was wrong •Dusty dirty and not human friendly •used soap had been put back into a soap packet looking to a casual observer like a new packet. Imagine our horror when the soap slipped out of the packet... More

Sucked in by a cheep discounted price. I don't know how old this dump is but it obviously hasn't received any maintenance since being built. The heating didn't work. The bunk bed nearly collapsed. The doors creeked loudly (not only ours but so did all our neighbours) next doors toilet ran all night and the mattresses were like sleeping on... More

By far the worst motel I have stayed at in my life! My first sign should have been the barbie doll sized TV and also the sloppy presentation of the whole property. I was stupid enough to pay to stay there only to fine the heating is next to nothing in one of the coldest towns in Australia. Presenting as... More
