Most amazing accommodation in Cooma I've ever stayed in. The motel felt like home, the owners always took the time to make sure we were happy. Breakfast was at 7:30am but, being in our late 20's, were often up too late, even arriving at 10am the owners cooked us breakfast in amazing speed and tasted great! Even in terms of... More

Amazing views, escorted to my room by the lovely staff members. The lobby/fire/bar area with free fast wi-fi v.useful. Great snow atmosphere would stay again. Fine base for snow or Cooma trip parking in front of each room electric blankets/good heating.

Called the motel at 9:30am to confirm booking and told them we would be arriving at 2pm. When we got there at 2:45pm we were told to go away and find something to do as the room was not ready yet. We waited outside our room until 3:30pm when we were finally allowed in. There were no apologies from the... More

This is the most disgusting place we have ever stayed- EVER. We arrived and were given our key and told the room was down the bottom. We unlocked the door and our room smelt awful. Thinking things can only get better (wrong) we went up to the restaurant for dinner- and we're told it was a seafood night- the plastic... More

I paid $132.5 a night (weekend and ski season) but I wouldn't have paid that much if I had seen the rooms upfront. Yes it was warm when you came into the room and the beds were comfortable. But everything else wasn't worth the price. The walls were that thin that you could understand every single word the people next... More

The owners shouldn't be allowed to run a motel. Room was not ready by 4:30pm.An extra bed had been dumped into our family room which did not allow us to set up baby cot. The bed finally got removed and the cleaner forgot his beanie in our room. The heater cable was too short and we needed to request extension... More

For $90 a night in the middle of ski season, this hotel was magnificent. The room was very spacious and surprisingly warm. My partner found the large TV great amusement, but the highlight for me was the window that stretched across the back wall. The view from the room was spectacular! It showed the whole of Cooma and the beautiful... More

Used this as a base for sleeping only during a visit to the ski fields - quiet motel out of the town centre which was good. Lodgings were fine as a basic motel, great value for the area at this time of year. Motel isn't flash but as a sleeping base only I couldn't fault it at $80 per night... More

My son of 8 years old asked nicely can I play the piano in the lounge after dinner? She said only person with certain level can play? I said how about band 7? She said we had professionals play here. So we shut up. After a while, a group of teenagers just went there and played randomly, the lady owner did... More

Above all the staff were welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The rooms were basic but well maintained, and more than enough for a overnight stay. Great location only approx an hour to tube station. Overall good accomadation and great service for a very reasonable price. Would reccomend for anyone doing an overnight stay on way/way back from snow. Single room more... More
