Spent the night here on the way from Sydney to Victoria. Comfortable, warm and not far from home. Free wifi and coin laundry was handy. Undercover parking at your door was good as there was a pretty good frost overnight. Recommended for a short stay.

I recently stayed at this motel for the first time while on a business trip to Cooma. I found the owners very pleasant to deal with as nothing seemed too much trouble to them. I upgraded to an executive room which was quite large with ample space to enable me to do work. The room was clean and the bed... More

Not up to standard , this is not a $133 per night motel , more like $80 very tired small bathroom . Smoke detector cover hanging down , bathroom door not fixed properly , heater not working and heat switch removed and hole covered in masking tape .

We stayed 1 night at the end of January. Room was clean & fairly modern with undercover parking. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom very small but enough for a couple. Curtain in bathroom needs replacing - torn to shreds (I'd say perished from constant sun on it). Thin walls so could hear everything from the people next door. Take ear plugs... More

I found this hotel to be very cosy, I booked a deluxe double room and thought the price was decent enough. Shower/toilet area was small but it served its purpose. Free wifi was a bonus, the indoor heated pool entertained the kids. The rooms walls are very paper thin so you will hear conversations in the rooms either side of... More

Modest Motel as are most in Cooma. You get what you pay for. Reasonably set out & reasonable price as booked online. Clunk clunk shower is a bit dated. I was surprised at the quietness which helped sleeping.

We arrived late from a trip to Canberra. We were just very tired and hungry so it was very much appreciated that the check in process was hassle-free. We parked in the driveway and went inside the reception room. There was nobody there so we rung the bell. Out came a young perky guy saying he has been waiting for... More

We stayed here for one night on the way to the snow, and were very disappointed in the service and the facilities. It was a very basic motel, and way over priced at $187 for a double room, and $277 for a three person room. This was pre booked, not walk in prices. The three person room had a double... More

Stayed for a night on the June long weekend. The owner was really friendly and helpful. The room was clean, heater was fantastic and nice size TV to watch a movie in out of the cold! Overall it was a perfectly fine stay. Only downside was we had hoped to be a little closer the town centre. Having said that,... More

First a question to TA - why is a pretty standard motel on the highway that serves breakfast (cost not included in rate) qualify as a B&B (which it clearly is not in the traditional sense) and not a motel? Really, for the price, Kinross is perhaps overrated. Nothing sets it apart from other 3.5 star motels except a heated... More
