It was a wonderful way to start our honeymoon: we were greeted on arrival with a bottle of wine and a cheese/fruit platter; we sat on the balcony with a view over the Whitsundays and got advice about the area from our kind hosts. We will definitely come back to MyAura on our next trip to Airlie Beach. more

During my long Australian trip I have been at the A B M B&B for 4 days in Novevember 2008 . At my arrive the lovely owners welcame me warmly. The place is remarkably clean and shining. The beautiful blu room that I received had a wide balcony where I could enjoy breakfast front of a stunning ocean view. What... more

My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights last November during our trip down the East Coast. Our plans changed last minute and the owner was very accommodating in modifying our stay. We were given the large yellow room, even though we only paid for a smaller room. The owners were on holiday during our stay but their friends... more

We stayed in Myaura for one night before embarking on a sailing trip round the Whitsundays in March 2009. We highly, highly recommend this place - the rooms are fabulous and have their own terraces with a spectacular view over the islands. Choose the Nautical or Purple Rooms for a view from the front (the Australian room faces out the... more

Lovely property in good location overlooking Airlie Beach. Three rooms all decorated in unusual styles, each with iys own balcony & outdoor space. The friendly owners give you a welcome drink & a platter of chese on arrival that is very welcome. There is a nice pool too. Breakfast is left in the fridge in your room & a t... more

Had a lovely stay at myaura. Lesley was a wonderful hostess, looking out for us on our late arrival, able to accommodate a last minute friend joining us with a cot, and then moved us into a larger room to easily accommodate the 3 of us. We started off in the purple room- which others have mentioned has no real... more

I have to say that after reading them they were very correct in how great this place was. the owners are VERY friendly and great with any questions that might come about. They helped to arrange tours for me and reccommended one of the tours that was... more

My husband, nephew and I had the pleasure of staying for 2 nights at the Myaura Bed and Breakfast in early October, after returning from a 3-day cruise around the Whitsunday islands. We did the research in TripAdvisor about this place and confirmed the many positive reviews that were posted. When we arrived at Airlie Beach (around noon time) we... more

After reading the good reviews here at tripadvisor we decided to book two nights at the Myaura B&B. Our expectations have been high and we have not been disappointed at all! The hosts were very friendly, the location perfect (around 5-10 min walk to town downhill) and the rooms very nice decorated (our room had a nautical theme). The room... more

Only able to spend 1 night in this wonderful location but certainly recommend it for people wanting a great sea view, private rooms and friendly hosts. A short stroll to Airlie Beach shops and restaurants, the B&B overlooks the harbour and islands of the Whitsundays. The wine and cheese on arriving was unexpected, but a lovely way to settle in.... more
