It is really rare to find nice accomodation for under $90 like this one, especially in a touristy destination like Airlie Beach. Have just spent six weeks touring Australia and this is the first place we would return to. Wish we could have spent more than two nights here. Only drawback was a steep walk from town but more than compensated by the stunning views. more

We stayed here for one night after doing a 2 night whitsunday sailing trip. It had everything we could have needed and we could have quite happily have stayed longer if we didn't have a plane to catch! My wife, son & I stayed at Sunlit Waters for 2-nights. Although the room wasn't enormous it accommodated the three of us comfortably. We had a wonderful stay at Sunlit Waters. This place truly is a hidden gem. Stayed in the small studio which had ample space - even an extra bed! We found SUnlit Waters Apts by accident and thank goodness we were so lucky! The apartments are amazing. Really Clean, tidy, best views, great host ( Stuart) and good facilities at the very best price in Airlie Beach. What more could you want?
