Had a wonderful 4 days in number 15 for our 30th wedding anniversary.The unit was great and the veiw from the biggest balcony in the world was truely amazing! We loved it and hope to return next year. Thank You more

Hi, Just a quick note to say that Pinnacles Resort & Spa was in a great spot, the appartments were big, beautiful and clean. However, the week day receptionist was rude and condescending. A further criticism I have of this 5 star resort was that apparently two singles beds pushed together qualify as a king bed. I do not agree... more

I have spoken with reception staff about their handling of your disagreement with their advice so please accept our apologies. It is standard within the accommodation industry, that where King-size beds are used, they are usually “zip-king-singles”. This means the beds are King size in length...
The view looking over the town of Airlie Beach & the Whitsunday Islands is unsurpassable & worth the stay in itself, but when added to first class accomodation & a huge private balcony with its own Spa made our stay memorable. We certainly will stay again. more
We stayed at Pinnacles Resort for a week in August. It was simply incredible. We stayed in the Pinnacles for 5nights and we found the 2 bedroom apartment fabulous. The units were spacious and the deck provided us with the most stunning views . Thanks for your kind comments. Our reception staff are always happy to take guests up the drive in our golf buggy during office hours. We actually lost water that morning due to a mains-pipe burst down the road a little - all the Resorts on “the hill” lost water for a couple of hours. Also, we would only ever charge...
