Stayed here overnight complimentary of Virgin Airlines when our flight out was cancelled. Very central but the room was of average size and needs to be upgraded. The hotel has three restaurants (not in the hotel) where meals can be charged back to the room.

Stayed for several nights got a free night included.Fabulous ocean view, shops restaurants at the doorstep makes for a very relaxing holiday. The room was a king executive the cost for a ocean is somewhat low considering any ocean view overseas or within Australia is terribly overpriced. Hats off to you Airlie Beach Hotel. The staff were also an extension... More

We stayed four nights and had a big room with balcony facing the ocean. The room was clean and spacious and had (of course) air con. The staff were friendly. We were very happy with our stay here. I don't know about the value since the stay was a gift to me from a friend. I would go back though!

We stayed for two nights, one either side of a boat trip. The room was nice enough, nothing special but fine for what we needed. We had a ocean view which was fantastic and worth paying for. The receptionists were helpful and kept our luggage for us for 3 days whilst on the boat trip. The location is great, just... More

This is a central hotel in Airlie that is resting on its (perhaps) former glories. The room are tired, with threadbare carpet and basic amenities, and not worth the $189 that I paid. The staff member who checked me in the afternoon was great. The morning staff less so and the restaurant staff are, as is endemic in Qld, curt... More

Had a couple of nights here on a weekend, got a good rate on the room and also includes breakfast downstairs at Capers. Room was large and comfortable with a small balcony overlooking the bay. Bathroom was also large with a bathtub. You are right in the centre of the dining precinct and opposite the beach where they have the... More

We very much enjoyed our stay here, the spacious room overlooked the water (across the road), nice view up and down the street from our three sided balcony, the bed was cozy, great shower with ample hot water (much appreciated after three nights on the ship) and the laundry facility was useful too. Central Arlie Beach is at your doorstep,... More

This hotel is all about the location and the views from the rooms overlooking the ocean. We stayed for 5 nights including Xmas Day night and the hotel met all our requirements except the internet failed on Xmas Day night. The hotel were extremely apologetic but the service company would not come out Xmas Day night. The rooms were spacious,... More

I stayed here for 1 night in a two bedroom apartment with my friends. It was close to everything however not too close. It was a short walk home from the main street of Airlie beach but it was even closer to the cafes. They are at the bottom of the building and there are some very nice options there.
