Wonderful B&B. Spent 2 nights there in June. The view is fantastic. Having breakfast sitting outside in the morning on a patio by a colorful garden, high above a gorgeous view of the harbor, watching the many colorful birds eat their breakfast out of a hanging bucket in a tree was a delight. Breakfast was fabulous - sliced fresh fruit,... More

The only problem with this review is that I was restricted by space allowed for my description of this unique Bed & Breakfast. Operated by Peter and Glenn, the residence has a magical view of the harbour of Airlie Beach from where all sea going voyages to the Great Barrier Reef depart. A “herd” of wild parrots are feet from... More

The final leg of our Australia adventure was spent at this perfect oasis. First the food...amazing. Glenn, the cook, amazed us every morning for 3 days. Mouthwatering breakfast with a picturesque background. Peter, the owner, couldn't have been nicer and catered to every need. He made you feel right at home even going as far as having Stars and Stripes... More

Stay at Airlie Beach and especially at Whtisunday Moorings B&B when you want to go to Whitsunday Island to see this fabulous white sand and the Coral Reef. Beautiful views of the beach and the harbor. We liked to sit there, watched the sunset with a glas of champagne in our hands. The lovely garden with pool area invited us... More

Peter greets you as a family member. Upon arrival we were hot and asked if he might have a beer. Yes and he brought us a couple more ! Beautiful views, stunning garden where one can relax and enjoy the views of the beach and harbor. Glen is to be commended for his artistic skills in the garden he created... More

We stayed one night here following a 3 day catamaran trip and from the moment we arrived we felt relaxed and at home. The pool and lounge area were an added bonus and was a great spot to while away the afternoon. Our room was clean and spacious and the walk-in shower was a delight following our boat arrangements! We stayed only one night, but loved it. The property and the location is stunning. Beautiful lush tropical gardens overlooking the bay and close to the shops and restaurants. The room was very clean and lovely with great attention to detail in keeping with the nautical theme. Breakfast was superb and the presentation of the food was excellent. Lots of... More

This was probably our favorite place to stay on our two and a half week trip around Australia. The rooms were so adorable, comfortable, clean, well maintained, with every detail looked after. The B&B is in a great location with only a 5-10 min walk to the main waterfront, shopping and restaurant street and 15 min walk to the marina.... More

Basically we loved it. Our welcome on arrival made us feel instantly at home and that's how it stayed all week. With an awesome breakfast served daily of freshly squeezed juice, fresh fruit platter, cereal, the works, toast, homemade preserves and tea or coffee, room serviced daily and towels/linen changed regularly this is the best b&b we've stayed in by... Great location, fantastic views, awesome breakfast: this coupled, with superb attention to detail and just the right mix of privacy vs homeliness that sets this B&B as the best we have ever stayed. There are a total of two large double rooms with a third smaller room. All private with patio's overlooking Abel Point Marina, the sea, and islands beyond:... More
