Lovely B&B on an hillside overlooking the harbour. Breakfast is excellent and the presentation superb. It is served on your patio which overlooks the garden and lovely views of the harbour. The rooms are large with there own sitting area and kitchen. The B&B is within walking distance of the main street but is uphill on the way back.

My partner & I stayed at The Moorings recently & had an amazing experience. The location was perfect, views to die for, short walk into town & gorgeous tropical gardens and a beautiful pool. Peter was an amazing host, who catered for our every needs, recommended great restaurants, activities & provided a first class breakfast each morning. We cannot recommended... More

Mid of Oct 2014 my wife and I stayed 2 nights at this recommendable B&B (prior and after a Catamaran Tour). The B&B is located on top of a hill in a tropical garden, just a 10 minute walk to Airlie's little town center with restaurants and shops. Our room was large, very comfortable and clean. From the terrace it... More

If I could give 11 out of 10 for Whitsunday Moorings I would! I stayed at this property for 8 nights in the Garden View room and didn't want to leave. Everything about this B&B is perfect, the views are stunning, breakfast is soooo delicious, the location is great - close enough to the main street but no noise from... More

You couldn't find a more considerate host, who caters to even the finest details. We stayed for one night either side of a sailing trip and it was the perfect base for all things Airlie. Peter knows how to do this B and B thing correctly - he didn't miss a beat. The breakfast is the most appealing I have... More

this place is amazing as described by other reviewers. It does stand out for me with respects to service and quality. Peter has made this place special and it is perfectly located, it is ona. Bit of a incline but is worth the 2 second out of breadth feeling, Highly recommend this place. Reminded me of the b&b in Europe.... More

Living close to Airlie Beach have stayed there multiple times but this is the first time at a B&B and it won't be the last. Great location, wonderful view, excellent customer service and to top it off lovely breakfast.

Wonderful B&B. Spent 2 nights there in June. The view is fantastic. Having breakfast sitting outside in the morning on a patio by a colorful garden, high above a gorgeous view of the harbor, watching the many colorful birds eat their breakfast out of a hanging bucket in a tree was a delight. Breakfast was fabulous - sliced fresh fruit,... More
