We were on the campground at this hostel. It was nice enough tidy, clean and level ground. It seemed great. What let it down was the toilets and showers. Stayed for one night, not great. The dorms were an ok size and fairly clean but the bunk beds were very shakey and were the super high ones which are hard to get into and too close to the ceiling. This was the best hostel we stayed at in Australia with more than what we bargained for including a swimming pool, volley ball court, great kitchen and dining facilities, clean, modern rooms and nice clean shower facilities and for a great price

Was a truly great stay the staff even warned us the the stream outside was prone to flooding and to sleep with our luggage thankfully it didn't! Exceptionally clean and amazing location! Didn't us travel desk but from what I heard they were also very helpful!

Rude staff............. Rude staff..... Staff dont care you are just a number, may even insult people as they stand in front of them. I did not get a smile from anyone and was even given wrong information about onward hostels which cost me and my girlfriend an extra $60. Not the best I must say. Kitchen was very poor also.... More
