To begin with we were very impressed with the people and our stay. When we checked out of our room we went to do some shopping in Airlie. I realized I had left $150 behind in the unit we were staying in. I rang the lady and told her I had left it behind. She advised me to come back... More

Thank you for your review. As per our phone call we have cctv footage of our whole complex and we have viewed all the footage. The 3rd person you had in your room was the only person to be in the room by himself for a period of time? You may wish to have a chat to him as we... More

The staff were great - We got milk each day we stayed (on arrival but when we run out we asked for more and got given another small carton) - the check in and check out was effortless. The room we were in was pretty spacious for 4 - Room 20? at the top and front of the location and... More

Room 6 & 16 have great views of the lagoon and are quiet. Reception and staff are friendly, informative and accommodating. Room is well kit including the kitchennette and shower has hot water flowing. Beds are new and comfortable. Only complaints are the air con is undersized for the room size and the pillows are uncomfortable.

If there is a small group of you this is much better value than staying in a hostel. The member of staff on reception (Cathy) gave us a lovely warm welcome when we first arrived which was great. The room was spacious, clean, air conditioned and had complimentary tea and coffee. This was a lovely change for us from the... More

This motel served us extremely well for one night before a boat trip, and was excellent value for money. Not only that, but we were a couple and only used one of the THREE beds in the room. If you were a family it would be exceptionally good value. The owner was extremely friendly and welcoming to us and we... More

I have stayed here a number of times. The accomodation is clean, comfortable and affordable. Sandraand richard the owners along with their staff and very friendly, welcomming and informative and very down to earth. Nothing is too much of a problem, and considering they are all locals they can point you in the right direction. The accomodation is located right... More

My friend and I stayed at Whitsunday on the Beach for 4 nights. We had not planned an accommodation before arriving in Airlie Beach but knew we wanted to be in the heart of Airlie Beach. Whitsunday on the Beach was the first place we stopped in and they were able to give us a good price that fit our... More

My Partner and I stayed here recently. The main Street was a mess. The reception was most apologetic , but hey "it was not their fault". I was pleasantly Surprised at the quality of service , cleanliness , position and overall room presentation. There is a perception that Airlie Beach/Whitsundays are too dear. Not the Case.Have a look around there is great... More
