Want to thanks the lovely ladies of alassio for a brilliant stay. So friendly n such a beautiful chilled out place. Felt so secluded towards the quiet end of the esplanade n close to the jetty for a lil fishing. Rooms were equipped with everything we needed and loved the private spa!

My Partner & I stayed here 11th & 12th October for the Palm Cove Festival. Great Place. Had a great weekend and accommodation was superb. We had a great view of the band from our suite and dining at Coffee Haven on the boardwalk with yummy food and really friendly staff.

Wife and I stayed at the Alassio Apartments for 3 nights end of July 2014. From the time we arrived we found the Apartments and service first class. The apartments were spacious and clean and in a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. From the time we booked they arranged transfers from Cairns Airport. The location is... We had a two bed apartment (204) which we was clean and fresh and tidy, only downside was that the balcony spa did not heat up, when I queried this with the Resort Managers they sent an engineer who confirmed it needed a major repair of heater and pump which unfortunately did not get authorised by the owner during our... We recently stayed at Alassio as a family of 4 including 2 teenage sons. The boys enjoyed it as their bedroom was adjacent and quite separate from our main rooms sharing only a common external door and landing. They had their own TV and bathroom and toilet. It was very quiet in the hotel when we were there and judging... More

We recently stayed at Alassio, great location! The rooms are quite large and the kitchen was adequate for a short break. We had some issues with the room which were quickly rectified by the management team who were apologetic for the problems. The spa on the balcony is "OK" but unfortunately the privacy screen behind the spa blocks the view,... More

I spent a long weekend here with my two year old grand-daughter. There was plenty of room for her to run around in apartment and we were lucky enough to have a room next to pool that she was able to safely paddle around in as it had a shallow area. Terrific location directly over the road from the beach... More

Stayed with a group of 18 golfers.Very happy with apartments. Not quite 5 star but pretty damn good. If older book ground floor rooms. Great pool and very central location to restaurants and beach. We arrived a little late but no problem to managers who were happy to help in any way.

We spent a few nights here after travelling for 4 weeks around New Zealand and Australia, it was a great place to rest and catch our breath. The rooms were large and comfortable and we had a spa on the terrace, which overlooked the pool. It would have been nice to have had more space around the pool, but as... More

We spent 6 nights in Palm cove at the Alassio, really nice place, king bed very comfortable, SPA on balcony really good in the evenings with champagne. Fox footy a bonus for an AFL follower in Queensland. Very welcoming people. One small thing, although they are self contained units there is no oven, can I suggest that when replacing the... More

Thank you for your feedback. Convection ovens are certainly a great idea and one we have also considered. We will look seriously into including these into our rooms. We are glad you had a relaxing stay with us and look forward to welcoming you back in the future. More
