Stayed here for 3 nights NOV 2007 in a one bedroom spa apartment. The resort seemed really quiet, everyone kept to themselves and there are four pools so everyone spread out, it was like we had the whole place to ourselves. The apartment was furnished in Balinese type style and was very comfortable. We didn't spend too much time in... More

We stopped off at Palm Cove for 3 nights in August 2007 as part of our tour around Australia. We picked it after spending hours going through various options but I liked the name and the sound of Palm Cove- and we weren't disappointed. We booked 2 rooms as we're a couple and a teenage daughter and we absolutely amazed... More

Three of us Kiwi gals had 7 day stay at Mango Resort. Coming from NZ we were looking forward to warm weather and we were not disappointed! Found the receptionists, the kitchen staff (Krystal) and the cleaning staff always willing to help and share ideas as what to do whilst there. We had a 2 bedroom courtyard apartment - and... More

Mango Lagoon is a lovely resort located in Palm Cove – about a 10-15minute walk to the main beach. It is some lovely pool areas, and even has a 50m lap pool. For the record I think I did about 12 laps! The apartments are fantastic, huge and beautifully furnished. There is a restaurant on site – where I had... More

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. It had great views to the neighboring hills and looked really pretty from our room windows. The pools were lovely and often vacant. Some seating would be handy around the middle pool. The ground got a bit uncomfortable after a while. Might explain why my children seemed to have the pool to... More

My husband and I spent three memoriable days at the Mango Lagoon. It is a small boutique hotel about ten minutes walk from the beach at Palm Cove. Dont be put off be not being on the beach. It was quiet, relaxing and even romantic holding hands walking to Palm Cove. The food is outstanding and the chef will come... More

We had a fantastic, luxurious holiday at Mango Lagoon. Considering we took our 10 month old and 3 year old, it was the most relaxing holiday I've had since having kids. The restaurant was open for all three meals plus morning tea. Breakfast was a highlight, although it wasn't fancy it was more than adequate and the chef was friendly... More

This place is just wonderful and we really felt like being in paradise! Swimming in the lap pool with a fantastic view over the green rainforest mountains has been our favourite morning activity. The rooms are just beautiful, fully equiped and very stylish, staff is friendly and made us feel at home instantly! Breakfast is also great - no wishes... More

Love It, the layout, the rooms, the pools and the food is sensational. Adrian was a great help and Louise and Marieke from the Wellness Spa are fantastic. Highly recoment this resot to all others who are looking to relax and enjoy some quality with out all the uptight issues of life back on the grind.

Having read a few positive and negative reviews on this site about Mango Resort, I can understand both points of view. Overall, this place has a nice feel, although i do tend to agree with other reviews that it misses what it is trying to achieve. It's a good concept, but is not executed well at all. Its quite amature... More
