We recently had a family trip to Palm Cove and stayed in a 2 Bedroom Apartment at Peppers Beach Club. This is a lovely resort, good size rooms/apartments, great pool and all of the staff we dealt with were very pleasant. I would recommend this property to families as you have kitchen facilities to prepare some meals if you wish... More

We spend 3 nights in the Pepper's Beach Club as part of a family reunion. We shared a 2 bedroom apartment with our eldest son and his 3 year old daughter. The apartment had one front door, but the here were two more entry doors to each apartment, one was a studio room with a deluxe spa bath on the... More

We spent three nights at Peppers Beach Club Palm Cove in the June/July school holidays. The resort was at full capacity during our stay and is clearly popular with families. We had the pleasure of staying in a 2 bedroom apartment on the second level overlooking the serenity pool. The apartment had a "wow" factor on entering, was very spacious... More

We stayed here for a week with two older children (11 and 14). As other reviewers have said, this hotel is very popular with younger families and the preschool crowd were out in force. The lagoon pool with its beach is great for kids and the swim up bar is great for grownups, but we really loved the serenity rainforest... More

We had 8 nights in Palm Cove to escape cold wintry Melbourne. Temperature was 25-27 degrees which was pleasant - though some of the locals said it was cooler than usual. Ideally located 25 minutes from Cairns International Airport and across the road to the beach. As a 5 star hotel it has all the facilities - 3 pools, one... More

We are currently staying at peppers and looking forward to going home for some peace & quiet. We did not book our stay through the resort instead renting 1 week privately. We had the penthouse with above balcony & spa on the above level. We cannot rate staff or housekeeping so my review is not based on them. The resort... More

This was my first stay at the Palm Cove Peppers. The location is ideal. The rooms are large and well appointed with great facilities. The only drawback being the lack of ceiling lights and way too many confusing switches. The one bedroom suites are a great size and have everything you need. The restaurant and bar facilities were great. Good... More

Palm Cove is a beautiful spot, and I really loved Peppers. Our room was fantastic, TVA in every room, washing facilities with a spa on the balcony. Loved all the facilities of the resort. Would definitely stay here again. Beautiful

We've just spent four nights at Peppers and due to some previous reviews I wasn't expecting to be impressed. I'm happy to say that we had a lovely time. The resort is right opposite the beach and in the middle of all the action, surrounded by excellent restaurants. We had a one bedroom apartment with a large balcony overlooking the... More

We recently stayed a Peppers Palm Cove for the weekend and enjoyed every aspect of our trip! The service was great, the staff were friendly, the food was delicious and the surrounds and atmosphere were very tranquil, relaxing and amplified the tropical setting. I'll definitely be coming back again and hopefully staying longer!
