A great hotel. Accommodation is excellent, staff were really good, buffet breakfast was very nice. Only slight negatives were the pool and the lighting in the room. The pool was freezing. If it could be heated in the winter months it would be perfect. Also, the lighting in the rooms wasn't great. I understand that many people like subtle lighting,... More

Great stay at Peppers during June with gorgeous weather making it a top holiday and a destination we will surely return to. Location of the hotel is perfect. Staff were good overall. The pool is the drawcard here and it is certainly something to write home about. We loved it, but as is often the case, you had to battle... More

We’ve been to Peppers four times now over the years – once when it was still Outrigger. It has a great location and wonderful set up, especially for families with small kids. However, we were fairly disappointed with our stay this July compared to 12 months ago. Not sure if it has changed management or ownership, but things have gone... More

Dear Crockly, Thank you for your feedback. The team did do an amazing job during our renovations - there is no ideal time to complete a restaurant closure in a business that operates 24/7 - 365 days a year. As the manager I can assure you that our window of opportunity & permissions was driven by multiple stakeholders and that... More

We had Lizzie co-ordinate our wedding & what a fantastic job she did! Every little detail was perfect! We stayed a week at peppers and loved every minute of it. All staff were very friendly & we cannot fault the service. The swim up bar was a highlight! We are looking forward to coming back next year.

Good location. Nice clean rooms. Massage at the spa was a highlight. Pool area great. Pool bar was busy, a little overpriced. Breakfast is the really only average thing at this resort. Very ordinary and the service is also very poor at breakfast. Overall a nice resort.

Good location in centre of Palm Cove Rooms were clean. Pool area great but service a Little slow by pool. Food should be available from 11am as so many people were requesting food earlier. Breakfast was the only let down. Buffet was ordinary and same every day. Concierge was helpful. Overall a nice resort and will come back again.

We loved our stay at Peppers beach resort, we didn't want to leave. It is full of families and screeching children but with our 2 young sons in tow, it suited us just fine. They loved the lagoon pool, perfect for playing in the sand and swimming across. We had a 2 bedroom self contained apartment which allowed us to... More

We were very pleased with our stay at Peppers Palm Cove. Check in was smooth and we were offered help to carry our bags up stairs (no elevators). Our Penthouse Suite overlooking the pool was lovely. Spacious, good kitchen, laundry, good air conditioning and 2 balconies (one was very large with a gorgeous view overlooking the pool). It was not... More

Have always loved Peppers hotels & thought Palm Cove would be a romantic spot for my new husband & I to have a little 5 night getaway post wedding... Dear BrookeMcQuilty, Thank you for your feedback it is valued. We endeavour to please all demographics at Peppers and our three pool options and large spaces usually suffice. However, on occasions and during school holidays the property can be occupied by families seeking to reconnect with their children. Please come back soon! Best, Chris & team More

Nice resort with great facilities, but the food was dreadful, especially breakfast, they are renovating the kitchen, not sure if that is why the breakfast was so poor, but cold eggs, never enough crockery/cutlery, minimal fresh fruit, only 2-3 cereals available, coffee machine broken, every day was the same.........no pastries apart from croissants, for the money you pay at such... Dear Michele B, Thank you for your feedback it is appreciated. During your stay we were operating out of a temporary kitchen and restaurant space as we refurbished. There is no ideal time to refurbish in a business that operates 24/7 - 365 days a year, however we are very confident that our new space is ideal & much improved!... More
