We got our rooms half price which was a bargain. For $300 a night it was well worth it. We had a two bedroom suite which was lovely and roomy and very clean. We overlooked the main pool, a nice view. The buffet breaky was lovely every morning. All staff were attentive and friendly. the pool bar was only opened... More

Great facilities at this resort - beautiful grounds and pools although main pool was noisy - only a few families around but the noise echoes around the resort - nobody seemed to consider the other guests with screaming kids & pool gates slamming. I don't think I would want to be here at peak if a relaxing peaceful holiday is... More

Lovely resort, right opposite safe swimming beach. Beach was closed and very windy when we were there, but the resorts 3 pools were a welcome retreat and you wouldn't know the weather was so rough outside. Stayed in a penthouse suite (3134) which had an excellent balcony with comfy couch and table and chairs. King size bed was firm and... More

Perfectly located. Very helpful and friendly staff who have an air of competence and are courteous and knowledgable. Rooms are spacious - perhaps slightly dated but impressively clean and well maintained. Our room had a bath on the balcony, which was a lovely touch. The Eco rate has ok housekeeping but was surprisingly still very good as the room was... More

This is a great place for a weekend away. Palm Cove is easy access from Cairns Airport and the Hotel is in a great spot within Palm Cove. Palm Cove is a quiet seaside town but has a number of restaurant gems which can be uncovered during your stay. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The pools, restaurants... More

We stayed at Peppers for a quick week end away and got a very good last minute deal. The rooms are lovely and the staff was excellent, even though it was the quiet season, we still had plenty of great service. This resort is great for a family holiday with the lovely beach pool. We've stayed at a couple of... More

The Peppers Beach Club and Spa offered good meeting facilities, in beautifully landscaped gardens with a large beach type pool. The bedrooms are spacious, quiet and very tastefully decorated. The staff are friendly and efficient. I highly recommend the hotel

Pool options at palm cove peppers are a big draw card. All three pools were lovely. Minor issues - pool bar was never open during our stay - staff claimed it was due to weather (we moved to cairns for 3 nights post of stay with very similar weather and pool bar here is open!) yet I think it was... We stayed at Peppers mid February, we were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. We stayed in a lagoon spa room which was clean and well equipped with anything you needed. The 3 pools were just awesome and we spent most afternoons at them. Unfortunately the swim up bar was closed due to inclement weather but... More

We stayed 6 nights in a one bedroom suite at Peppers beach club & Spa in Palm Cove Last week. Let me preface this review by saying that Peppers is easily one of the nicest places to stay at Palm Cove. It has prime location just in front of the stinger netted area on the beach. The three pools definitely... More
