Rooms were dated, Some areas of bathroom needed tlc. Staff very nice, Close to all our needs. Food varied in Quality, At times staff were flat out, had to ask at office for some basic items eg. shower cap face washer handtowel.

We stayed at Novotel Palm Cove for 3 nights for a wedding. The event was well organised, the facilities excellent and the service pleasant and efficient. The grounds were well maintained and with plenty of room to spread out.

A nice hotel and facilities but we would not stay at this again unless they fixed the air conditioning to enable individual rooms to adjust the temperature.
