We stayed in a tented cabin which was very comfortable in a lovely setting by a running stream. We had dinner in their restaurant and had the barramundi which was delicious. The tented cabins are quite large and have a queen size bed. The resort is well set up with a swimming pool, bar, dining and garden setting to sit... More

We stayed at Emma Gorge as part of our Outback Spirit Kimberley tour. It had almost everything; an out door dining area with bar, shop, swimming pool, and lots of neat little cabins within walking distance of the above. They were on a platforms above-ground and contained beds and en-suite in what appeared to be new and spotless building. Some... More

Emma gorge resort is set in the most beautiful peaceful environment you could ever wish to find. Each room is private and has all the facilities except a fridge which would have been handy for a glass of wine. If you are looking to relax and unwind this place is for you. The restaurant has an excellent variety of food... More

We stayed 2 nights at the station bungalows & 2 nights at Emma Gorge resort. The tents were very nice but had no fridge or coffee/tea making facilities. The management of the resort seemed disorganised- no bottled water in the shop, no ink to print invoices& no takeaway sandwiches etc, only restaurant meals. No atmosphere at all. The station that... On our way we stopped for lunch, great place and very relaxing restaurant. We had entree and main, well presented and good in taste. Our waiter served us well and we enjoyed the time, before we left had a look around but didn't walked to the gorge, next time.

We stayed for only one night in a group of 16. The permanent tented accommodation was a little tired on the outside, needing a few extra clips to secure the flap on the door but all credit to the cleaning staff. Although the inside of the tents were showing signs of age, everything was lovely and clean. To wake up... More

During a camping weekend to El Q, we had 2 delicious lunches at Emma Gorge. Our meals were tasty, generous and well priced. The service was superb, thankyou Ben. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt very spoilt by the attention we received.

Further to the review by Anneandbill2293 we also stayed at Emma Gorge for two nights on the 7th and 8th of June. I agree wholeheartedly, the scenery and location were fabulous. Our little tented cabins were nice - very tired but still comfortable. But the food. We were also in a large tour group and we seemed to be first... More

Dear grizzlybee, I can certainly understand your disappointment with the experience you just had at Emma Gorge. I do remember your group and the evening in question. We admittedly did have trouble with the chafing dishes that evening and I kow that the food was cold when served to the guests. You are correct as well in saying that sometimes... More

Stopped off at Emma Gorge to see what is was like. Decided against the trek to and from the gorge itself as we had lots of travel ahead of us before the end of the day. We decided to ave lunch here as we had missed breakfast cut off at the El Questro Homestead. It was 11.45 and lunch did... More

We stayed here for 2 nights on a tour. The location and scenery were great, however the food was dreadful. Why treat tour groups as second class when they are providing ongoing and regular business to you??? Cold food delivered begrudgingly. Poor rostering meant staff were stressed trying to do the best they could. Take a leaf from other operators... More

Dear Anne and Bill, I understand your concerns raised in your review about your recent stay at Emma Gorge Resort. Thank you for taking the time to alert us to the areas that we need to improve on.
