We love going to Emma for dinner or lunch but this year the meals have been very very slow every time. Kids and starter came out quick but the mains took forever. Service is pretty good however offer a few more drinks if the meals are slow and most people might not notice.

Tented cabins are basic but very good, very clean and it's great to be woken up by birds every morning. If you don't want to camp but do want the same experience but with more comfort this is a great place to stay.

The location is fabulous, the tents are basic and too close together, but provide what you need and you are surrounded by fresh air and birdsong. The bar a la carte restaurant is really good and after walking the gorge and swimming, you can sit at the pictaresque bar and enjoy a drink. We found breakfast disappointing, but it got... More

Nice place. Wish I could stay longer to see more of El questro and the surrounding area. Was there for a wedding for just one night so didn't get to look around all that much. Gorge is very spectacular and an easy walk

The scenery is stunning and the service is wonderful. Well worth the effort of getting there. Clamping was much easier than we first imagined. It is expensive. But as it is so far to get to that it is worth it.

Friendly service by all. Comfortable clean tents hot water at all times. The restaurant for dinner is very good. A place to enjoy. Great location. Reccomend to head off early to Emma Gorge as it gets hot quickly.

Booked a special deal through the El Questro desk at the information centre in Kununurra which was $349 for one night in their fixed ensuite tents, including dinner and breakfast for two. The accommodation was basic however clean and comfy and easy after camping for four nights. Loved the ensuite !! The surroundings and set up of the tents is... More

Never having stayed in a tent before I was a bit hesitant about spending five days under canvas in El Questro. However, the accommodation proved to be more than adequate and being in the open made it possible to appreciate the sounds and scents of the surroundings to the full. Beds were very comfortable with a good shower and decent... More

My wife and I stayed at Emma Gorge for 5 days recently. It was our first visit to the Kimberley so when we picked it we weren't entirely sure what we were going to. It turned out to be a great choice. We found the staff friendly and helpful. The tented cabins were basic but perfectly adequate with only two... More

This is a glamping resort masquarading as a five star resort when in fact it probably does not merit one star. Badly managed, poorly coordinated, facilities in need of maintainance and repair, inadequate food supplies to cater for guests' breakfasts. Oh and high prices! Go if you must but be it on your own pocket.

Dear wg t, I am very sorry that you recent stay at Emma Gorge resort did not live up to your expectations. We certainly don't strive to be a 5 star resort and are quite comfortable being a glamping destination with resort facilities to enhance our guests' visit. If your accommodation was in need of maintenance, I offer my sincere... More
