Had I stayed at this resort as a camper, I probably would have been more than satisfied. However, I booked into one on the Garden View Bungalows. At $369 per night, it is a rip-off. Our bungalow was attached to the restaurant with the bathroom window inside the restaurant courtyard. The noise at night was unpleasant. The room itself was... More

We stayed 3 nights at the much publicised El Questro Station and were terribly disappointed. They've lost the plot - it's now all about making money by squeezing in as many people as possible, charging the earth and providing inadequate services and not enough staff. Where to start? The wedding that finished at midnight on our first night was bad... More

Unless you're spending big $$ you have to settle for second best. Their advertising team sure has most fooled. We stayed in our camper in the unpowered sites. The two eco loos are the worst I've ever smelt. The shower and toilet blocks can't cater for the amount of people using them. No hot water at any time of the... More

Great place to get away from it all for a few days. Zebedee Springs is my favourite place on the station. Relaxing in the thermal pools with a glass of champers is the ideal way to start the day. Cruise down Chamberlain Gorge was excellent, with the spitting fish providing much amusement. Great restaurant but avoid the BBQ if you... More

We travelled across to Broome then came back along the Gibb River Road. El Questro was a wonderful place to stop at the end of our Kimberley trip. Very relaxing yet still full of adventure. Highly recommend the stay.

I had the pleasure of attending a wedding recently at El Questro Station. The accommodation was in the bungalow section. These were located on the river and were beautifully presented, very clean and had very efficient air conditioning (which was necessary as the days were very hot.) The quality of the food and service at the Steakhouse Restaurant was excellent.... More

We stayed at the ELQ Station as part of an overall tour of the Kimberley, it was our first overnight experience there, although we have used the facilities on a day basis previously. The staff attitude is the first thing that stands out, very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This coupled with the multitude of activities available makes ELQ Station the... More

We camped out in traditional swags in the off season. There was a ton of room for us. The facilities are so so nice and very well kept. Bathrooms cleaned probably more than once a day, I was never disappointed (great showers). The staff is upbeat and very kind. They eventually learned some of our names and said hello to... More
