We originally planned to stay for only 2 nights and ended up staying for 5 in the main camp ground. The location was lovely, the shop/bar area a great place for a couple of beers in the afternoon and each time we wandered down there a very talented musician, Chris, kept us entertained. We ate at the Steakhouse Restaurant twice.... More

Our two night stay in the Bungalows at El Questro Station was very memorable and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Yes, it is a little more expensive, but don't forget you are out in the wilderness and services etc are going to be higher. Our bungalow was overlooking the water and it was so comfortable and cosy. Would love to... More

We recently stayed 3 nights at El Questro Station and what a shame it is that such a beautiful piece of Australia is run by such rude and incompetent staff. From the moment we arrived at the check-in desk we knew we were in for a long wait, after 30 minutes we were finally checked in, unfortunately we were checked... More

A very professional and welcoming team of staff who run a great operation at El Questro in the middle of such a beautiful land. Stay a minimum of 3 days to experience the beauty of the region. You won't regret it.

We stayed here one night. We found it incredibly expensive for what you get, compared to oter places. It's not worth it. Some personnel was friendly. Others were blunt. One reception lady was shouting all the time. I sent an e-mail a couple of days before arriving, to which i never got any reply. This was a bad first impression.... More

We stayed for a couple of nights in a Gardenview bungalow at The Station (the hub of El Questro). The room was fine, very spacious easily coping with a family of four (there were only two of us). There was a small outdoor patio which overlooked the green lawns and river. Most pleasant having your morning coffee on the terrace... More

Spectacular, ancient country few get to see so felt privileged despite it being a relatively expensive experience. We could not access the Kimbeley's without tour operators as not knowledgeable or experienced enough to self-drive. Bungalow was excellent and a relaxing place with the sound of the bubbling stream all day. Tours great and we were impressed by the competent, knowledgeable,... More

Our bungalow at the Station at El Questro overlooked a magnificent stand of paper bark trees in the river and the water was a gentle musical accompaniment 24 hours a day. The view was even more stunning when flood lit in the evening. The fit out was warm and rural and towels and toileteries high quality. Staff are welcoming and... More
