What a busy caravan park this is, like most, we managed to get a powered site in the overflow, with a promise for a move when a site becomes available, but after looking around the site during the day, we liked the overflow location the best, so booked 2 more nights. The suset cruise was a must do on the... More

Lake Argyle Resort and Caravan Park has to be one of the best, it is a little like an oasis. The owners and all the staff are friendly and really helpful, nothing is ever a bother. The boat cruise on the largest lake in Australia has to be experienced, it is totally mind blowing to see the size of the... More

We wanted to stay at the caravan park at Lake Argyle Resort after we saw a picture of the infinity pool. The resort is 35 kilometres off the highway along what is now a fully sealed road, in a beautiful location, surrounded by hills and overlooking Lake Argyle. We stayed there at the beginning of June, early in the high... More

We had a great spot for our caravan in this amazing Western Australian paradise. It rugged beauty and the views of the lake were breath-taking and the infinity pool is unbelievable. Stayed there 4 nights and found the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Be warned no internet, no mobile phone or TV reception unless you have a satellite disc. The... More

We camped for 8 nights - was supposed to be an extra night but with an emergency in the family, we needed to be near a phone. No phone service out there. Felt a little cramped in the camp ground but was nice. Views are spectacular. The food in the restaurant was lovely although slightly high price. The staff were... More

We camped with a camping trailer and had a great spot - but you don't get to choose it. We found reception staff excellent and we actually had one of the workers come to tell us we had been charged too much for our stay and needed to return to the office for a refund. (refreshing honesty). The facilities ie:... More

Island Paradise in the WA outback for sure. Stayed 3 nights in our camper trailer. From arrival to depature everything was just perfect..Staff were wonderful (especially Ron & Helen) who we had a beer with on their day off. All staff were helpful & friendly & so were other fellow campers. The scenery reminded us of the Greek Islands that's... More

Firstly the location is amazing - up high over looking the lake. Then throw in the swimming pool and the host of activities you can do from here - cruise, helicopter and walks. On arrival, the staff look after you from start to finish (walk or ride you to the site). Uni sex bathrooms - very nice might just need... More

We stayed 2 nights in one of the newer ensuite villas on 3-5th July. Certainly a magnificent spot, accommodation, staff, surroundings, ambience all excellent and as for the lake one of the most spectacular places in Australia. If you are heading this way you must stay here, no other place like it. Do one of the cruises we did both... More

Awesome caravan park in an awesome area with perhaps the best swimming pool we have ever seen. It is almost impossible to book a powered site at this park because of their system, but don't worry, there are heaps of powered sites and there is an excellent chance that you will get onto one the first night you are there....
