We took our children and grandchildren to Casa Cason for a perfect family vacation. There was something for everyone, beach, pool, miles of private coast to hike, run, explore, collect shells, build sandcastles, and take in the breathtaking sunrise and sunsets. One can feel one's shoulders relax the minute you arrive as Sophie and Jerome generously take care of every... More

From the moment you set one foot on the premices, you are taking care of. This is a small boutique hotel perfectly located near Las Terrenas (10 mns away by car). The hotel is on a very beautiful beach which is never too crowded and makes you feel like at peace at all times. The rooms were as expected, spacious... More

This was our first time at Hotel Casa Coson and we just loved it! A small, charming hotel, run by Sophie and Jerome who take wonderful care of their guests and are so knowledgable about the area and things to do. They help you organize day trips in the area and help you out with whatever question you have. Located... More

We came to Casa Coson for our honeymoon for 1 week in October (Wednesday - wednesday). Apparently this is considered the low season and it was pretty empty. We were in Room #1 with an Ocean view upstairs. The entire stay was absolutely perfect. Sophie and Jerome are perfect hosts - charming, engaging and so knowledgable of the area and... More

It's a house surrounded by a couple of bungalows, right on the beach. The food is very good as is the warm and friendly service. If you pay extra, you get air conditioning. If you want to relax in a faraway and exotic place, this is for you. But don't expect amenities you would get in a big hotel. Wifi... More

This is the worse hotel ever. It is privately own and the owners live there. They are watching every movement, if you take a shower, if you go out or if you come in. They make you paid extra for air-condition when they don’t even have a backup generator for when the power goes out something very common in the... More

Everything was perfect, right down to the last little detail. But I would say 3 things stand out : first, the restaurant serves the best food anywhere on the North Coast. I've travelled the Dominican Republic extensively, and used to live there a number of years ago, and nowhere have I experienced such creative, delicious food. The chef has a... More

Having stayed twice before at Casa Coson, we choose this paradise for our daughter's wedding in May this year. It is a small boutique hotel right on Playa Coson, run by the wonderfully welcoming couple, Sophie and Jerome, and offers the peace, tranquility and privacy we were looking for. We took over the hotel for 3 days with our party... More
