So me and my boyfriend went to atlantis about three times since we love las terrenas and we never wanted to risk it trying another hotel since we thought atlantis was pretty cute, though we always thought that costumer service SUCKED, but well, whatever.. As long as we were sleeping comfortable and right in front of playa bonita it didn't... More

We traveled with our 6 & 4 year old and WE LOVED IT. It is not a hotel geared for kids, or with the "amenities" of an all-inclusive, but it has so much more to offer. The food is amazing, the peace & quiet can't be beat, the beach is what it is supposed to be and the staff is... More

Nice hotel. Right on water but not part of ocean where you can swim. Charming rooms and bathrooms- but bedding gets moist because of ocean breeze. Fan provided in room but room can get hot and humid at night. We could find aircon switch and at midnight went to front desk - they charged 20 dollars extra to have aircon... More

We've stayed at Hotel Atlantis a couple of times now, and it's always been great. This is especially true when in comparison to the other hotels on Playa Bonita, which can be pretty shabby or just straight up sketchy. Atlantis is charming, clean, has some gorgeous views and grounds, and a fantastic staff. For Las Terrenas, Atlantis is a great... More

We had the best time at Hotel Atlantis. Arriving in the evening, the staff had contacted us prior, so that they could prepare a meal, which was ready when we checked in. This location is so amazing, and nice and quiet as well. Martina and the rest of the staff made us feel at home right from check-in to check-out.... More

The facilities are really nice. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable but for those people used to hotels with many amenities, be aware that the rooms do not have television or any other entertainment and that the use of the air conditioner costs US$20 a day. We felt we did not have a choice because it was very... More

Hotel is very clean, sweat and the beach in front the hotel is really beautiful, however certain things are slightly uncomfortable. Hotel is not flexible with times that food is served; no snacks or local food is available in the menu. AC is charged $20 on top of room price (I seriously never heard of it before). Continental breakfast is... More

Hotel Atlantis has one of the best restaurants in Terrenas, but it doesn't make up for its lousy customer service. This new staff member Martina is plain rude. I observed the way she treated a party of ELEVEN visiting this weekend, and I was totally surprised this woman has a job in the hospitality area.... The hotel also needs some... More

Wonderful staff and amazing food. It is a little hard to get to but very much worth it. The rooms are plenty big and beautiful. I would recommended getting the the AC unit it works very well. The beach and the lounge areas are perfectly kept and the staff is very friendly. I can't wait to get back and stay... More

We styaed here for 2 nights whilst on a motorcyle tour and whale watching in Samana Bay, what can we say, beautiful, stunning, we were in room Jamaica with a baloncony and sea view. It is an idylic place but the one thing that was dissapointing as that there is no coffee making facility in the room and only 1... More
