A small family run hotel with very friendly staff. Tried it as a change from chain group hotels and were glad we did. Ideal for one or two nights. Evening meal was well cooked and presented and had a full English breakfast which was huge and again well cooked. Room and bathroom were both small but acceptable for short stay.and... More

Stayed here last week with my husband and son as we were going to the Good Food Show at NEC. Only a 5 minute, £5 taxi away from NEC which was very convenient. Rooms and en suite not over large but they were spotlessly clean and there was a nice selection of teas, coffees, hot chocolate, biscuits and cartons of... More

We stayed in a twin room for 2 nights. Room was ok, sink in room as ensuite small. I would not stay here if on business as no work space/facilities. Breakfast was good as was service. Wifi is available, but there is a scale of charges.

We stayed here for one night, while visiting the national motorcycle museum. The customer service was first class. Our room wasn't ready so they offered us tea and cakes free of charge while we waited. Our room was small but adequate, however it was very noisy, I think we were situated next to the boiler room, which was on at... More

This is ideal hotel to stop at when going to an event at the NEC or LG Arena. Excellent price (breakfast included). Clean rooms. Welcoming, helpful staff. After leaving my mother realised she had left her bag in the reception area. We rang the hotel to in form them and the owner(I presume) told us to wait outside the train... More

Lovely place to stay for me and my mum who were visiting the NEC for the day. They arrange a taxi for us and were welcoming on arrival. I have a wheat allergy, i don't think they had come across it before but were very accommodating making sure everything was ok and changed the meal to suit my needs. We... More

I stayed here on business recently. It is the first time I have stayed at this hotel which I used as the place I normally use was full. On arrival, the parking was good and the owner was very welcoming. In fact, all the staff were very pleasant. The main criticism I have of this hotel is the rooms (I... More

booked a single occupancy room, this does not mean a single bed in most hotels, this is not a hotel, it is a bed and breakfast - a very over priced one at that. I complained about the room and asked for a double bed to be told they are full, on realising the complaints I made about the room... More

Run by Raj, this small independent hotel provides spotlessly clean en suite accommodation at a reasonable cost. The food was excellent in the evening and the breakfast was very good. The staff are very friendly and the service is excellent. The rooms are small, but perfectly adequate with a good hospitality tray and complimentary toiletries. The bed was comfortable and... More
