Our first stay here for one night and on arriving was very impressed, lovely location and very smart and clean. The owner was lovely and very welcoming on arrival. Our room was very nice and the B and B is very quiet, bathroom looked good with a nice walk in shower, lots of little extras in the room like biscuits in a... More

I stayed at this hotel when working at a trade fair at the nec, it is just a normal looking house from outside but an antique style hotel in the inside, complete with proper reception with oak wood panelling. It's unexpected and quirky. The hotel is clean, the owner polite, friendly and helpful. The room was nice, the breakfast good.... More

Stayed at the Arden House Hotel for just one night. The reception on arrival was very friendly without being over the top. The room was very well presented, warm, clean and well equipped. All the normal stuff with the extras in the mini bar all included in the cost, as well as home made biscuits, very nice. Breakfast was above... More

Stayed at the Arden House for overnight stay after attending BBC Good Food Show. Whilst the establishment appears at first view to be a residential house, do not be misled - it is a first class guest house. Both reception and dining areas are well set out, and the property is full of character. Absolutely charming staff, and sharma the... More

A comfortable, friendly and well-run guest house (bit of a stretch to call it a hotel). Well worth considering for NEC and Birmingham, airport. Rooms very good standard, fridge, wifi and information well above-average. Tasty breakfast Loses a star for dribbling shower, and for rather bland location - we were expecting semi-rural villages, but got instead a newish housing development.... More

Well what a pleasant surprise this little place was. I booked over a year in advance for a concert at the LG Arena and have to say the price was held and honored. On arrival it does look like you've arrived at a house in a housing estate but on entry you are transported into a "Shakespearean" retreat and welcomed... More

My Partner & I stayed here for an exhibition at the NEC. We were greeted with a very warm welcome by Sharma. Recommendations were given for local restaurants (and we were also offered a lift to one of them....). On site parking. Taxi fare to NEC around £6, but we decided to drive and park there instead. Room was very... More

We stayed for one night as we wanted somewhere close to the NEC and this was ideal. Everywhere was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean and the room was perfect. We stayed in the hamlet room; this was a good size and the little touches to it like the complimentary mini bar made it even better. The breakfast the morning after... More
