Stayed overnight with my mother while visiting Crufts. Room (twin en suite) was clean and comfortable with hospitality tray and tv. There was also a lounge with large tv if required. Plenty of parking. Breakfast superb! Julie and Tracey were very friendly and gave us good clear directions to the NEC which is only a few minutes down the road.... More

We booked a 2 night stay as we were visiting Crufts. It was ideally placed for the NEC and we were able to get a bus from across the road. The whole property was immaculate and welcoming. Our room was a double with en suite; the room was clean and warm with a very comfortable bed. It was also quiet... More

I have stayed at the Black Firs Guesthouse for 4 nights now. From the moment I arrived and received a warm welcome, I have been made to feel comfortable by Julie and Clive. My entire stay has exceeded my expectations, even after reading a number of their glowing reviews on this and other sites prior to my arrival. Nothing about... More

I have used this lovely guest house for the last 4 years when going to the spring fair and it always lives up to expectations! Julie and Clive do an excellent job and nothing is too much trouble! For me it's like coming home as they are so hospitable and standards for food and cleanliness are exceptional.
