What a wonderful experience and hotel. you are truly steps away from the beach. The peacefulness and ambiance are wonderful. Clemente is just so sweet and thoughtful. We will be back next year. If you wish to unwind and truly relax, there is no greater place. This hotel is ideal for couples.

Thanks to the posters here on TripAdvisor and especially Masha, who answered so many of my questions before I left. This is a wonderful boutique hotel. There is a lot to say: -BRING WATER SHOES - I cannot emphasize this enough. My husband and I chose this location for the ability to get out of our beach chairs, walk into... More

This is probably one of the best places to stay in the region. Keep in mind that it is NOT a resort, it is a small boutique hotel with less than 20 rooms, which is great in my opinion. They do not have all those hidden fees of the big resorts, like charging the ubiquitous "resort fee" or charging for... More

I cannot say enough good things about Jashita hotel. In order to keep this from being an essay length post I'll try to list the things that really stood out and be brief. Amazing: Location (Soliman Bay is gorgeous and feels isolated even though it's not) Staff (Everyone was over the top helpful and friendly. No request was ever met... More

Unfortunately we did not make it to Tulum this summer due to the seaweed issue and have decided to stay in New England. However I must say how impressed I am with the honestly and kindness of Jashita hotel in handling our reservation and current situation. The hotel has been highly recommended and we were very much looking forward to... More

Hard to find a lot of words to state more than the obvious. I don't see how this place could be any better. It's NOT in the middle of town, nor should it be. But it's paradise. The setting, the decor, the service, the food, the ambiance, the protected waters, we enjoyed literally every minute we were here

My wife and I wanted a relaxing honeymoon location that was still located within driving distance of great day trips. Hotel Jashita is that place. The staff are beyond helpful. Brenda helped to answer my questions before and after I booked in great detail. She and the other receptionists assisted me in setting up day trips with ease. The hotel... More

Highlights: 1. Secluded. Not in Cancun, nor in Tulum. It is in Soliman Bay. Very private. 2. Really well-kept grounds. They rake the sand, for goodness' sake! When we were there there happened to be a lot of seaweed washing up (true everywhere in the Caribbean, apparently) but they tried to get as much out of the way and out... More

We just returned from 5 days at Jashita's.It was our second stay there and it was even better than the first time (Oct 13). There have been quite a few improvements since then. Everything was just perfect: beautiful honeymoon suite, service, atmosphere, Sahara Cafe and the friendly staff. Our special thanks to Brenda (asst general manager) , an attentive and... More
