We arrived at Jashita under the cover of darkness and even then found ourselves grinning from ear to ear when we checked in with the lovely Brenda and were escorted to our chic and beautifully appointed room with a spacious balcony and plunge pool--and the complementary bottle of wine that followed us up the stairs was the icing on the... I spent three nights at this gem just after Easter. Everything was absolutely wonderful - from the lovely staff at reception to the delicious breakfast to the delightful owner, Tommaso. The only negative was that I had to leave! Can't wait for my next trip back to Jashita!

We've been wanting to travel to Tulum or Playa Del Carmen and did a lot of research. I knew coming in that we weren't in Tulum proper, so it baffles me when travelers complain that it's too far from the town. Duh! Do your research people. Jashita is a model for a luxury boutique hotel. We loved the calm and... More

Jashita is peaceful elegance. One feels as though they are in someones' fabulous home on the tranquil bay from the minute you walk through the intimate entrance. The warmth of the staff adds to the attentive service. The thoughtful details, including the colorful beach bags that await in the guest rooms with your individual towels, to the delicious morning bites,... More

An amazing experience. Staying at Jashita is relaxing, luxurious, peaceful and indulgent. Exactly how a boutique hotel should be. The food is awesome. My friend and I looked forward to breakfast every day. Delicious, fresh and consistently good. I'm not usually the sort of person that stays in a hotel day and night but I'd recommend staying for dinner at... More

I have traveled to Tulum three times before and always loved it. Jashita was my only disappointing experience. There are some great aspects to Jashita but unfortunately the negatives far override the positives and I don't think I would go back. Pros : - The restaurant of the hotel is absolutely sublime. The food is flawless and the staff is... More

I have been to Tulum as a solo traveler several times. I've stayed on the beach and enjoyed my alone time. This year, I decided to invite my husband and upgrade to the luxury and romance of Jashita. We enjoyed our time so much. Reading these reviews makes me yearn to go back. The staff was wonderful - front desk,... More

There's not much I can say other than - Jashita was a dream come true. The hotel is absolutely beautiful in the secluded Soliman Bay (a 15 minute drive outside of Tulum town and main beach road where the ruins are). The service and staff were great. Brenda is a wonderful concierge who makes sure that you have everything you... More

What a peaceful, relaxing, beautiful place. My room..which I will not give you the number of because I don't want everyone booking it..lol...had a patio just feet from the beach, complete with palm trees and thatched 'umbrellas'. The room was beautiful, all cool limestone, a four poster bed with white gauzy curtains at the corner and comfortable seating area. The... More

We stayed in the Standard room which is hotel’s cheapest option at $230 USD a night. Room was on the smaller side and a little dark for us but had a good bit of storage space, was well decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also small but had a lot of counter space and a great... More
