This was my first time to Tulum and my first stay at Hotel Jashita. From the minute we walked in we were greeted with open arms and complete sincerity. Our room was ready 6 hours before it was supposed to be available, the concierge(s) could not be any nicer and the entire establishment was absolutely stunning!! The beach is clean... More

This is my 2nd time staying at the Jashita Hotel and we loved it so much the first time that we had to come back! We don't normally repeat vacations at the same place but this place is just that special. The first time we came was for honeymoon in 2014 and we stayed in the Aphrodite Suite which was... More

This is a lovely quiet relaxing hotel. We stayed for 5 nights at the end of January. There is a big pool in beautifully landscaped grounds and the hotel looks out over the calm turquoise water of Soliman Bay, with a gentle breeze keeping you cool as your sunbathe. The room was clean and large, with a lovely view of... More

We originally booked to stay at Be Tulum for 10 nights, but when we arrived there is was heaving with people partying on the beach, loud music and not the chilled out oasis they had advertised. So the manager kindly arranged for us to move to Hotel Jashita and we were not disappointed! We stayed in the Aphrodite suite which... More

I rarely go back to the same country or hotel twice, because there are too many places I want to see in this world. Jashita is one of a handful of places that I vow to return to if not every year, as much as possible for the rest of my life. It's just that special. There is an inexplicable... More

Small, intimate, great beach, snorkel out 1/2 mile to reef, schools of fish, manta rays, turtles, great food, rooms all look at water, access to Tulum, ruins, golf, 2 pools... Staff incredible. Ulises and concierge team, make your stay incredible!

Gorgeous common spaces and pool area with beautiful views of Soliman Bay. Great Italian food at their Café Sahara, decent breakfast served. Guest rooms could use a bit more/better furniture, as they seemed a bit sparse and wanted for places to store clothes. Also, some minor problems with A/C and hot water. That said, it's a beautiful family-run place with... More

This. Place. Is. Epic. Amazing, lush landscaping, gorgeous pools, quiet private beachfront with a coral reef, fishing, snorkeling, kayaking, paddle board right on site. Worth every penny. Brought our 3 month old, they provided a brand new Graco Pack n Play. The staff is wonderful, helpful, smiling and often, without asking, offered assistance carrying things around when our hands were... More

Beautiful place with excellent staff. The weather was very windy and the sea was closed but Brenda helped us arrange some tours to Chichen Itza and Coba. Clemente took great care of us in the restaurant along with a good team, Miquel was an exceptionally good waiter and remembered what we liked. Food is very good with fresh fish from... More

This is our fifth time to return to Jashita and each time is better than the last. We recently returned from a visit to Jashita over New Year's and were pleasantly surprised to find an even better experience than the last time we left in March. We were nervous because the hotel was adding seven new rooms and we didn't... More
