We had a renovated cabin, very nice decor, we had a old tv and the remote did not work, toaster sucked, the bed was odd it had a foamy on top of it, the sheets were thin and cold, i would suggest duvet blanket that would keep the bed warmer as it was chilly, especially for the amount of money... For years we have been wanting to stay in the cabins at Manning Park, but at $200+taxes a pop, it was out of reach. Cue Groupon and a free weekend, and we're in! But even at $300 for two nights in the, I'd still say it was overpriced. (IE-if Manning's idea was to get people in and impress them, it... More

We stayed at the resort as we were there for a wedding. Lots of mix ups while we tried to check in as they had said we were already checked in, but we hadn't. they had given our room to someone else with the same last name. They upgraded us to a mini suite and while we were in our... More

We attended a wedding that was held at the resort, and did not really expect to find much more than a motel style room. We had one of the Queen Junior Suites, which had a little sitting area and a table for 4. The kitchenette was not much to speak of, and merely consisted of a sink, microwave and a... More

We were in Room 113 and stayed 4 nights, walked in and the room smelt of cigarette smoke. Carpets were extremely grubby and the pillows and bed linen were awful. The bathroom was very tired looking. Asked for another room but were told there wasn't one available, staff did very quickly changed the pillows and offered to vacuum the carpet,... More

Nice, updated room. Great hiking around the trails. Staff was helpful with directions. The Ping pong tables were great for the kids. Tennis courts need a re-pave! Overall a great place to stop........

Great staff! a great place to spend time with family. Rooms are clean and organized. A placed just like home only you can have camp fire out side the suit. Just a 10 min. away to lightning lake where you can swim, kayaking and boating. There is horse riding and hiking trails near by.

We were given the wrong room so we were upgraded to a cabin. I was very happy with how the staff handled the situation. Everyone was helpful and nice! The park is beautiful with lots to do! We will definitely return!

As it is the only accommodation in the park we were pleasantly surprised at the reasonable price of the room in the lodge. The entrance and lobby were modern and impressive. Both checking in and out was quick and friendly. The room was a good size and the TV coverage was very good. There was a fridge and microwave. Mobile... More

My wife and I stayed here a couple weeks ago. The new ownership has done a good job getting things back in order. The staff was first class. Dealt with our needs immediately. For example, we always bring our own coffee and filters to ALL places we stay, just in case. The coffee maker was a new type. We asked... More
