After doing Shotover Jet, my friend and I had breakfast here. Service was a little slow, but the view from the patio and the quality of the breakfast made me quickly forget that! Inside decor is fun as well. A great place to eat while in Arrowtown.

If you are stuck stay here, it's clean but that's it. No service, noisey and tv doesn't work. It's in such a gorgeous town with really amazing places, we stayed somewhere else for the other two nights arrowtown motel apartments and they were amazing. It's 2015 motels don't have to be rubbish.

This old budget hotel would rate a star, not 3 stars. The bathroom is from a distant delapidated era. May be the roman era. The holes in the shower complimented the hole in the roof of the bedroom. The TV must have come off the ark. The wifi is good.

I only visited hotel for a bite to eat on an evening out with son and Gf while visiting from UK. What a disappointment. The Thai chicken with chillies was terrible and the rice like a boil in packet offering. The lamb shank the son had had to be carved from the bone with poor vegetable accompaniments. Would not recommend... More

I stayed just 1 night here at the New Orleans while I was down for a wedding. The accommodation was comfortable, I got a free airport transfer, and the French manager was great. What's not to like, I recommend this place to anyone staying in the area.

Spent a night at the New Orleans Hotel while touring the west coast with family. Nice little hotel and more than adequate for a stop over. Clean facilities and friendly staff. Used the sauna and spa bath to good effect. Would be happy to recomend it as a middle of the range venue.

We visited the hotel for a late afternoon drink recently. One of the group left their handbag behind and unfortunately didn't realise until we'd travelled on to our next destination. The hotel staff located the bag, put it safely aside and then posted it to our chosen address at no cost to us. Very generous. Thank you so much!

Great room friendly staff nice outlook and double opening windows on a warm night. Good central location. Had a big day out and didn't know there was a late licence and a band, but that was ok. Comfy bed

We stayed for 2 nights at this hotel . The room was basic and could seriously do with an update . we had a kettle ,toaster and a fridge which was OK,we knew that when we booked, but were only supplied with teaspoons ,no knife to spread the butter on our toast and no clean cups or cutlery after the... I stayed a night at the Hotel. The staff were stunning, easy to talk to and informative. The coach picked me up from the wedding I went to and they dropped me off at my car in the morning. The bed was comfy and the shower was absolutely AMAZING!!! I would go back and stay there again and again. Thank... More
