Such a beautiful amazing place let down by poor staffing and food quality. Don't go to the Millhouse for dinner unless you like to wait a long time. All the hotels we saw in Queenstown were noisy and in the thick of things - you could be in a small town anywhere. But the Millbrook was wonderful.
