I stayed here at the end of month's travel around Guatemala and Belize and my time here was one of the highlights of my trip. The staff were friendly and welcoming, food was great - tasty and plentiful - and the cabana I stayed in was good value, secure, very clean and lovely. There are no electricity sockets in the... Easily one of the highlights of my trip to Guatemala. It's an amazing location with a very helpful staff. Good kayaking during the day and a great place to relax and have fun at night. I will definitely be staying there again on my next visit to Guatemala!

We spent our Christmas at Hotelito perdido and loved it. Simple, no frills, but the luxury was being away from it all, in great company and surrounded by nature. we stayed in the Mango cottage, had our own room and bathroom, gorged on excellent vegetarian food and enjoyed the combination of kayak / hammock / beer / sunsets and great... This hotel is amazing, also not for the faint of heart. The Hotelito is a unique experience; the isolation is fairly complete, and yes, you do need to pay for most things. However, if you're traveling with dollars or Euros it will still seem quite cheap, like the rest of Guatemala. I eat meat, but the meals all three days... More

Private and spacious cabin Helpful staff Veggie food (was nice) Clean All keywords we would place by these lovely cabins, that are richly decorated. The dock is nice for a hammock experience and sun bathing. They have tubes to chill in the river (especially nice accompanied with a cold beer :-) ).

We stayed at Hotelito Perdido in early November 2014 for 4 nights. We initially stayed in mango bungalow but there was a slight leak during a bad thunderstorm. The staff subsequently upgraded us to a bigger bungalow for the rest of our stay. Food was very good and served in large portions. They only served vegetarian food but it was... More

I ve never met such a hospitality in a hostel. Beautiful rooms , amazing place. The only thing I didn't understand is why the water taxi is so expensive. I was about to say also for the expensive dinner. But no. It was so tasty and so huge and such a nice atmosphere that in the end it was not... More

Great stay in hotelito Perdito in the middle of the jungle for the end of our travel. The bungalow are lovely and Inga the manager was really friendly and always available for us. One of best the place for us during our travel in Guatemala.
