This camping area is part of Kings Canyon Resort with good camp kitchen and amenity facilities and laundry. This Resort is within easy driving distance to Kings Canyon and Kathleen Gorge where there are great walks and views. Bistro, bar and shop close bar. No mobile or wifi. This is available for a cost at reception.

Stayed at the Kings Canyon Caravan Park. As they have a monopoly on good access to The Canyon, they feel they can charge $50 per night for a powered site. The amenities here were sub standard. Old shower and toilet block, that are not cleaned very well. Same leaf matter in base of one shower for the 3 days I... More

Great scenery where the caravan was parked with no complaints about site. $50 was fee which i thought for the amenities was overpriced. Male amenities hadnt had a good clean. One toilet was broken with water seeping onto the tiles and by the dirt had been broken for a while. Shower heads were either frozen and couldnt be moved or... More

Toilets were very dated Male shower block had spit on walls mould in grout and soap holder hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. Male Urinal hadn't been cleaned in a... More

Not as good as 5 star hotel however I recommend to stay at least a night. It would give you a great experience to sleep in swag under the million stars. Host was great. Shower facility was nice and clean.

A lovely spot to visit. Great scenery and not overrun by tourists but rather enjoyable like minded people just out to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The walks to Kings Creek and Kathleen Springs were quite easy and with beautiful views of the rocky outcrops.

Fantastic visit to a beautiful area. Fitter people can climb to the rim of the canyon, but we chose the easy walk through the canyon base, which ended in a beautiful platform looking up at the rim. It was great walking through the River Gums and the photo opportunities were endless. Thank goodness for digital cameras😅

Comfortable accommodation close to the scenic destination. Everything you need here. We stayed in the campground in a caravan, has washing facilities, bbqs and clean showers. Campground is shady, Pool was good.

A lovely oasis in the middle of some harsh country. I loved all the native trees providng shade and making the sites so attractive. Wish we had more time as it was the sort of place you could relax at for a while.
