There's not a great deal of accommodation options in Jabiru in the luxury hotel category, in fact this is it and it's very poorly managed. First impressions are favourable. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. We are two mature aged couples and our two rooms were clean and well appointed with easy access to the beautiful pool area. There's no... More

This is the only true hotel in Kakadu National Park, built in the mid 1980s. We liked the quirky crocodile building design and the rather small but pleasant courtyard pool. Our superior room - and especially the bed - was comfortable with good quality and well laundered linen. It opened directly onto the pool area. The bathroom was a little... More

In our original plans we were due to stay here for two nights and then move on to Cooinda for two nights. In the event we returned here for a third night. Both times we had a superior room; which are spacious, comfortable and well furnished. If anything our second room was better than our first, the furniture looking much... More

One thing made our trip 'Ethan' lovely lad who was the most pleasant out of all the staff we met. Ethan went out of his way for us, offered us 'proper coffees' bought us I've to our room ect. The room was was basic but efficient. The restaurant needs work and the service at dinner is very slow and our... More

We chose to stay here because of the iconic crocodile shape of the motel. The room we were initially given was pretty ordinary and located right down the back away from the pool area, garden and restaurant area. We were upgraded to a much better room for $20 extra per night. The rooms are okay, they do have a bit... More

Arrived from driving the long way around driving in from Darwin (via Pine Creek). Was warmly welcomed by the staff. Room was nice as always. Bed was very comfortable and was great having a nice hit shower without having to worry about people using all of the hot water. Didn't have any meals at the restaurant this time but will... More

The Crocodile hotel is shaped like a crocodile. Unfortunately you cannot appreciate this from ground level so the design is wasted. The outside appears to be a bit run down. This could be just due to the harsh climate. The rooms are spacious, quiet and reasonably comfortable. The beds are not great but are adequate. The room was a little... More

Myself and my sister stayed here while i was visiting from Tasmania. The staff at the hotel were great, a real asset. We had our meals in the restaurant, and they were lovely. The first night wasn't too busy and service was good. The second night they had a tour in and the place was packed, staff tried but were... More

We arrived just before 5pm which was just as well as reception is only open until 5 (then you have to go via the restaurant). Our room was on the second level overlooking the pool – pool towels provided. There is no lift so had to carry our gear up the stairs. The window had a large opening 'false balcony'... More
