This hotel is located on the highway between Sardinal and Playa Cocos, but not really near either. The property is a combination of condos and hotel rooms. If you have a car, the location won't be a problem. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves very good food. They have a beach club at Playa Hermosa... More

We stayed three nights at the hotel resort. We stayed in #901. We found everyone to be nice and friendly. The room was clean and large. They had 3 pools and lots of activities. It is a gated hotel and very safe. The room had refrigerators and coffee makers. Some of the rooms were like small apartments with kitchens 2... More

This hotel was gorgeous and the staff was awesome (well most of them). The last night we found our clothes (Nike shoes, shirts, bathing suit, and vera bradley items) hidden around the room in the kitchen cabinets, behind the TV, and between the box mattress/bed. Total 10 of our items were taken from us and hidden around the room but no... More

Just got back this afternoon from a week in Costa Rica. I traded my Orlando timeshare for a Nacazcol 2 bedroom/2bath unit. Nacazcol is a community of apartments, private homes and vacation rental ,with a small hotel, mostly untilized by costa ricans. We did not see any other people from the U.S. with the exception of a group of texas... More

No hotel rooms... more like little apartments. The one I stayed in had one bedroom - a full and a twin bed, a nice bathroom with a shower, a kitchen and living room. There were a lot of planned activities for kids to do. Two pools. A DJ and dancing. A small little grocery store. Two restaurants that had good... More

After reading some of the reviews on here, I was curious to see if Nacazcol would live up to it's negative hype. It did not. Our experiences with everything from reception, to the restaurant, to housekeeping were wonderful. I highly recommend the massages at the Spa, though I wasn't crazy about the facial - I can't complain about the price... More

From the moment we arrived the service was terrible, this guy at reception named sterk or strek talked to us with terrible manners and not at all polite. The room was average, the beds were too hard, the pool is very small for the amount of people and the restaurant was too expensive for such poor quality food. You can... More

My mom became a member and I've been a regular client since last year. She is supposed to get a "Villa" for 8 people, but on my first two visits I only got a Villa for 4 people max and the second time a hotel room for 2 people max. This is the first time I got a Villa for... More

I thought this resort was exceptional for the location and the expectations I have about Costa Rica. All of the staff there were friendly and helpful. They were super nice to the students and teens I had with me. They would call out and wave and remember our names, even though it is a large resort. Many of us used... More
