This B&B with a view of Nelson is beautifully landscaped with a waterfall and stream through the property and many exotic plants as well as a kitchen garden. The hostess is quite helpful, interesting, and artistic. She accommodated my many dietary restrictions perfectly, and went beyond, for breakfasts. I stayed in the Garden Studio which is a lovely accommodation in a quiet neighbourhood in the city. The building is separate from the main home and very private. Joya has two apartments and we stayed in the villa apartment. The house is situated at the top of a hill with great views over Nelson, you can also just about see the ocean. I cannot praise this place highly enough. This B&B is in a historic house in a quiet neighbourhood on a hill overlooking the city.
