“Fantastic Motel - Great Location”

I have stayed at the Palms Motel many times over the past few years. It has a fantastic location and the rooms are constantly being upgraded with all the modern luxuries you desire when travelling. The rooms are spacious and very well appointed. Booking is easy and the Management are first class. I will definitely return to stay again.

“Good value for money rooms in a great location”

We stayed here for 2 nights so we could see Nelson and then go to Abel Tasman. We had a spacious ground floor room with kitchen corner and a modern en-suite. There is a large Countdown virtually opposite or you can stroll for 2 minutes into the bars and restaurants of Nelson.The staff were friendly gave us plenty of advice.... More

We stayed here while on holiday for 3 nights. My parents and grandparents had also stayed and recommended it. The rooms are spacious and very clean. There is a kitchen and fridge which is well stocked. There is a grocery store across the street and it's minutes from the main street. The staff are friendly and helpful. Really recommend this... “A Nice Place To Stay”

I've been staying at the Palms Motel for several years. The rooms are clean and the staff is very helpful. The location can't be beat. There's a grocery store across the street and you are a five minute watk to downtown and many restaurants. There's no reason to stay anywhere else while in Nelson.

“Very convenient and well appointed motel”

We came across this motel by accident and were not disappointed. The studio room was clean, comfortable and well appointed, including a spa bath. The Wifi allowance didn't last long and that was the only drawback. The motel itself is a few minutes from the town centre and therefore very convenient.

“fabulous pool for the kids”

This was a lovely place to stay; after travelling for so many days on the road, it was great just to relax and chill out with the kids going nuts about the pool. The rooms were very inviting, immaculate and the bed was dream country! Highly recommend!

“Perfect stop between camping and travelling”

Excellent rooms, fitted with all the luxuries you need in between long winding drives and camping adventure. “Excellent accommodation”

we booked in here for a night as we live outside of Nelson city and had a do in town. We were blown away at the value for money, immaculate, clean, comfortable tasteful furnishings (husband loved recliner!) in fact we didn't want to leave to go to our function. We will most definately be back next time
