Great warm haven on a cold and rainy night. Very comfortable, extra soft beds and well set out. If we had more time would liked to have stayed here. Unfortunately, due to the bad weather we could not do the Sky Wire Adventure we were so looking forward to going on.

The motel is in a good location within walking distance to the city. It has a minimart close by and some takeaway shops. We were in a two bedroom unit with a queen bedroom. The other bedroom had two singles. The kitchen was small, but had full cooking facilities. The host was very nice and nothing was too much trouble... More

We were in Nelson for our nieces graduation ceremony & chose this motel to stay because it was close to the city. We were able to walk into the city in just under 15 minutes and it was very easy going & mostly fat. There is a nice pub just across the road where we ate twice. The owners of... More

The unit available was quite spacious but we had booked a 1 bedroomed unit and this was obviously a 2 bedroom unit but as we had only booked a 1 bedroomed unit the door to the other room was locked! Everything was very clean and there was everything we needed. Everything was a little old fashioned but functional and clean.... More

$145 for a 1970's renovation, that is well, average. Advantages near town, and easy to get to. Disadvantages. Try stretching your neck from the impossible TV positions. Watch if you get there early they don't tell you all the studios are booked and you have to take three rooms. Why do we have to pay extra for Internet [ which... More

This hotel is located just on the outskirts of town which makes it about a 15 minute walk to town. It is basic and was very clean. Even though we had a 2 bedroom family suite it was a little tight and the decor was on the older side (although well kept). Overall it is an average hotel fine for... More

My husband and I stayed with his parents in the unit for 6. It was a perfect size for 4 adults. The unit was immaculate and well equipped, I was surprised to find a full size cooker with decent pans. Would definitely return. Thanks.

What a fantastic little motel!! CLEAN and SPOTLESS, the owners could not do enough to help and the rates are very resonable compared with a lot of others in Nelson, Close to town, on a main road , yet, remarkably quiet and restful. We ended up staying a few more days than planned just for the rest. Great spot.
