I booked 3 nights here. Friendly environment. Lovely people. The bright sunny dinning area is impressive. Nice spa. I booked a double studio which is nice quiet. It will be better to stay in summer time.

The hostel is located a short walk from the center of town. There's plenty of facilities, including a pool and sauna. There's free soup and bread every night and a free standard breakfast. The rooms have large creaky wooden bunk beds with huge lockers beneath them. Mine also had access to the balcony in the main house. The WiFi only... More

We stayed here a couple of nights and really liked it! It was quite cheap but great value. We had free WiFi, free breakfast, free soup in the evening, free bread, and free noodles at check-in. There was a pool, a jacuzzi, and a sauna. The kitchen was big, a bit chilly but fine. We had a room in the... More

Awesome Hostel. Everything a backpacker needs and a great place to make friends with plenty of activities, table tennis, volleyball and a pool table. Also a pool, hot tub and a sauna if that wasn't enough. Really friendly staff and a good location. 10 minutes walk to the supermarket and a great place to stop before and after doing the... More

Great backpackers with spa, pool, pool tables, volley net etc... Would be perfect for the warmer months. We got a room that was mixed gender and as we were working we asked to have our own room which was no trouble for them to arrange and at no extra cost :) kitchen facilities were good too- only one microwave though.... A fun place to stay. Great pool, great travellers, a fun time all around. I wrote two awsome songs here for my band, Papillon Mystique, with random fun fellow travellers that we later ended up professionally recording. Inspiring place and atmosphere. The breakfast is basic (sucks) but there are shops and a huge kitchen to use as you like. Great... More

We stayed in the motel portion of this hostel, but did use some of the hostel facilities. While we didn't use the pool, sauna or spa they all looked in very good condition. Helen, the manager, was very helpful while we were there, and all staff were quite pleasant. The motel was very good value and a refreshing luxury at... More

Communal area around kitchen is nice but busy. Old building, old decor in rooms, awful, uncomfortable beds, lots of drinkers and very noisy. It's ok bug for the price there is better choices. I hear it has a reputation as a party hostel, my fault for not checking reviews before I booked.

Awesome place; ~$24 for a nice clean room and got dinner and breakfast for free, free swimming pool, hot tub and sauna?!?! Nice bus thing for watching movies and chilling in. Unlimited WiFi and free ride to town occasionally. Table tennis, and volleyball are always a goer. Only thing I would say is maybe better for younger people but they... More

If you are a party animal and a young person of foreign extraction, this is probably a great party place to stay at. However, it is rather uninspiring for older travelers. Our group stayed in the Motels, shared facility rooms and dorms. People staying in the dorms found it noisy and were concerned by the lack of fire evacuation information,... More
