We had a great stay for the night. Linda and Paul are charming and made us feel like home. They have this wondeful old victorian house, just minutes walk from the city center. Lida knows a lot about what to see and she can help you for your stay. We had the honey moon room, charming and confortable. Our stay... More

I stayed for one night en route to Dunedin. The Victorian property is full of character and Linda and Paul are rightly very proud owners. They were very friendly, welcoming and full of great tips to make the most of a brief stay in the town. My room (Nappa) was not large, but fine for me and it was comfortable... More

On going improvements are always happening to make your stay more comfortable we are very conscious of this but have to do improvements in between busy times . Having a deep roll bath is an option only in that room . It is a double room full of 19th century history, as well as being a sunny, warm place of... More

Paul and Linda Hebden renewed this turn of century Victorian house on a creek into a high ceiling light filled B and B. Besides spacious room with large beds, there is a back yard with deck, beds of flowers everywhere and the location is only a few blocks from Omaru's old town and it's Botanical Gardens. Best of all Linda... More

A beautiful period bed and breakfast with warm welcoming hosts. This is a great base for exploring the local area with plenty of tips to help you get the most of your stay. The bed and breakfast is in walking distance of the town centre and the penguin colony and is sympathetic to its Victorian heritage.

Even if we didn't get to stay at the OC BnB. Found this fantastic place at the last minute, through the amazing Lesley at the Dunedin Tourist Info Centre. We had been thinking of heading to Queenstown but it was completely full. We turned north instead, and are so glad. Linda is a fabulous hostess, and the inn itself is... More

Our visit at Oamaru Creek B&B was more like staying over at a dear friend's home than a hotel. Linda and Paul provide a unique experience with made-to-order home cooked breakfasts made with fresh ingredients and an encyclopaedia's worth of knowledge on the area. From the moment you walk into their home Linda and Paul make you feel welcome. Though... More

Beautifully furnished Victorian house within walking distance of historic shopping centre. Hosts Linda & Paul were welcoming and happy to provide information about the town (with a well stocked library) and useful tips about seeing the penguins. Delicious breakfast too!
