Very welcoming hosts and comfortable and clean room. Whilst not the most modern of venues, it was very comfortable, in a nice area and close to supermarket and main routes. Very nice stay thanks. More

Having stayed in numerous motels of the same value within the last week, this would rate as the poorest. The unit was spacious, but could have done with some serious cleaning. Large amounts of dust/mould on ledges and doors, microwave was dirty with an uncovered milk jug in fridge (didnt know how old the milk was). Ineffective heating. No telephone. More

Stayed in the budget room for a night. Great for a stopover in oamaru. A bit dated but everything was in working condition. Quiet location off the main road, free parking directly in front of unit. No charges for below 2 year olds. Free wi-fi!! Extremely helpful owners, kids are absolutely lovely and adorable. Ten min drive to the penguins. More

I booked a budget room but got upgraded to unit with full kitchen, Although rather dated it is comfortable and spacious with separate bedroom and comfortable beds.
