This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. 1. We had to wait 20-25 minutes for the shuttle - says only 3 mins from airport but more like 7-10. 2. The room was freezing when we arrived - had the windows wide open at 10.30 at night in the middle of winter - no heating on. 3. There... more

Dreadful hotel, situated about 10 minutes drive to Auckland International Airport. Manager/owner rude and arrogant. Hotel foyer /room shabby, although the hotel advertising on Wotif.com site says "recent refurbishment" ! Not soundproofed. Don`t stay there even for 1 night, Its a bad experience! more
