You will feel like at home! On behalf of the Peace Run we would like to thank the owners of Quest Portland who let us stay at this place. These serviced apartments are great! We did enjoy a spacious living room with well equipped kitchen, cosy and relaxing terrace together with 2 bedrooms (a king-sized bed in one, 3 single... More

Good quality hotel, not on the foreshore but new clean and large rooms. Unfortunately, there is no restaurant and the beds would have to be the most uncomfortable that you will find. Wife and I were up at 5:00 am because we couldn't stay in them any longer!

Dear Disappointed102012, Thank you very much for your feedback. We're terribly sorry that you had a negative experience in our beds. We certianly have had many guests in the past commend us on how comfortable they are. We have even once had a request for the details of our supplier so they could possibly purchase one themselves! However I definitely... More

The apartment itself was lovely, only a couple of years old I'm guessing and nicely fitted out however everything was so dusty. We couldn't walk outside without shoes on, the dirt on the courtyard was so thick - it just looks like it needs a good clean. We had breakfast included which had cereals/bread/pastries however if it wasn't included I... More

We stayed at Quest Apartments in Portland for 1 night and were very impressed by the size and presentation of the rooms. As we were hoping to self cater, I was concerned that we would not have a kitchen however the 1 bedroom suite had a very well equipped kitchen. The suite had a large lounge room/dining/kitchen, separate bedroom and... More

Difficult to fault this terrific exponent of the Quest brand. I stay with Quest regularly, because I prefer an apartment style facility over a hotel room - and Quest always impresses. The Portland branch is no exception. The place is a couple of years old now, but looks fresh and new. Congratulations to the management team on their continued efforts... More

We stayed in a family suite for one night over boxing day which was advertised as a two bedroom apartment but was actually more like adjoining hotel rooms. There were no cooking facilities but luckily the deal we had allowed for breakfast to be included. I was disappointed that there wasn't even enough seating though for the four of us... More

Everything about the accommodation is superb. Location couldn't be better. Having a private balcony was a bonus. Pool lovely and staff professional and knowledgable . Would not hesitate to stay again.

Easy to find near the town centre and close to the beaches and harbour of Portland. Fast, helpful and friendly check in. Plenty of parking on the road in front and lots of undercover on-site private parking. We booked a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment. Perfect for 2 couples travelling together. Large modern lounge with good seating area, generous dining... More

I've stayed at many a Quest property and this is the most unenjoyable in my time. We booked a one bedroom executive apartment and it was smaller than some hotel rooms I've stayed in. Bathroom was tiny and dangerous. You needed to be an Olympic gymnast just to close the door to go to the toilet. Living area was cramped... More
