Quest Apartments are thoroughly reliable. You know you are going to get a room (or possible set of rooms) which are clean and well-maintained. So the starting point is a good one. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are good (of course). Each has either a balcony or a small courtyard. There a pool. Continental breakfast was... More

We arrived at Quest Portland (late afternoon) after driving from Adelaide. We were greeted at Reception by the owner Ryan (Franchisee). He was so friendly and knowledgeable about the town. He was more than happy to recommend places to eat and give directions to a range of supermarkets. The room was very clean, spacious and modern. Great kitchen area. Only... More

A new and welcomed entrant to the Portland accommodation equation. Its location is proximate to the main shopping and dining strip. The continental breakfast included in the tariff was welcome but pretty limited in choice. Car parking under the accommodation is handy. Small and verging on useless veranda with a view of nothing in particular. Attentive front desk staff. Asked... More

I just had an overnight stay here and couldn't fault it. The room was great - very spacious, with a separate sleeping and living area with a small kitchenette. I needed to organise a meeting and their meeting facilities were also top notch. Great breakfast in the morning. The location is just around the corner from the main street. All... More

Stayed overnight at Quest Portland in a beautiful two bedroom apartment and found it to be the most comfortable accommodation. Very spacious lounge area with two bedrooms and two bathrooms one which was an ensuite to the main bedroom .Separate outdoor balcony was also great to be able to utilise as well. Continental breakfast in the separate lounge area of... More

Travelled for work and stayed 2 nights. Arrived after reception closed but had no trouble contacting the night supervisor to let me in. He was helpful and check in was a breeze. Ample free undercover on-site parking. Loved the security of the double-entrances, (i.e. the first into the shared hall with the next apartment, with whom laundry facilities were shared... More

We spent 2 nights in a 1 bedroom apartment and it had everything we needed. Our apartment was on the ground floor and quite well appointed, in fact some things in the apartment looked like they hadn't been used before. Continental breakfast was included and was all that we required - cereal, toast, fruit and coffee. Location was good could... More

This was my 5th stay at the Quest in Portland and it won't be my last. The staff are always attentive and helpful, the room spotless, the wi-fi always works (and is pretty fast too). I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Apartment was a delight. There were four of us and we booked the 1 two bedroom apartment. We found the quest to be extremely clean, tidy and modern. Undercover car spot, and a short drive to most attractions in Portland. The only inconvenience was that the bathroom was in the bedroom with the double bed and therefore it became a... More
