The view from our Water Edge king room was glorious. It overlooks the bay with yachts, a pier and lots of ducks just outside our bedroom window. The Wrest Point has a premium location on its own peninsula right down on the harbor. Its like being in a mini Las Vegas hotel, without the noise and smoke. This hotel is an annex to the Clarion Hotel Wrest Point Tower, with which it shares an address and most facilities. We enjoyed a stay in the tower two years ago (reported above) but were less pleased this time: our room was dark, cold, and damp, with a smell of mildew and an incomprehensible thermostat.
