Stayed here for a night after flying into Hobart late. Easy to get to, friendly service. It is a bit noisy being located on a fairly busy road, especially when the road is wet. The bed was a bit small and a bit hard. Overall, i would recommend this as a good overnighter.

Stayed in a Deluxe Queen room. The location of the motel is lovely, right next to casino and the derwent river....The room was clean and comfortable. The bed mattress seemed to be a bit hard though. Motel 429 was very clean, comfortable and the staff were extra friendly. We stayed for 2 nights and would highly recommend. Location was really great. Only downfall is there is no restaurant but close to others.
