Big4s around Australia might share a common name and logo, but they certainly are not all the same standard. This park was somewhat plain and boring but it was absolutely spotless. We took an ensuite powered site; said ensuite was clean and proper. The pool was clean and the camp kitchen and BBQ facilities were very good. (No coin slot... More

The campground is not really nice. The management said we get a grassy floor but we only got red dust. The surface was also really rough. This was really annoying!!! That's why they only got average. The camping kitchen is huge! Everything is clean and we got pots bowls and cutlery provided. There are also two fridges and 2 air... More

We were traveling through with our 4 children. We had no expectation of Port Augusta, and had never stayed at a Big 4 before. Wow. They were excellent! There was a great campers kitchen that was spacious, air conditioned, set up so a family could eat inside. Well appointed, and equipped. The toilets and showers were large, modern, and very... More

At first sight this park has it all, pool, excellent camp kitchen, games room, tv room, that are all air conditioned . Then one looks closer - The directions on how to get onto the drive-thru sites are wrong. The remotes for the air-con are missing. The showers are cold in both shower blocks - two mornings in a row... More

Mature aged couple who were seeking relief from extremely hot weather and sought solace here with their swimming pool. Wonderful and ample big "drive-through" caravan sites which suits either the overnighter or those staying longer. Friendly and helpful staff, clean facilities and well shaded pool. Large gum trees provide reasonable shade albeit with 46+ temps no place was going to... More

We always stay here when going to W.A. or N.T. Best park in town, staff very friendly, and the amenities very good. Great place to fuel up and buy a few groceries. If you get the time pop out to the Arid Lands Reserve, for a few photos.

We have stayed here a few times now while either ready for a trip back up North or heading off across the Nullarbor. Great location with big clean amenities, nice pool and big sites, even some drive through's, for a quick getaway in the morning.

We booked into the BIG4 & were meant to stay for 9 days. 2 days later we left. The poor service started from the very moment we spoke with Lisa (who is the manager!). Our cabin floor was almost black. So dirty. The lounge was covered in food crumbs. There was dirty cutlery under the main bed. The cabin had... More

We booked a standard cabin that sleeps 6, so there was plenty of room for only the two of us. The double bed was in the main room area, whilst there were two bunk sets in the adjoining room. It roomy, clean, and the pool was a short stroll away. The kitchen was fully equipped with a fridge, stove, cutlery... More
