Just returned from a six night stay at the Akama Resort ( apartments ).
We were lucky enough to stay in one of the sixth floor penthouse suites, the view was fantastic from this level. We could see the length of Fraser Island as well as the boats moored in the marina.The apartment was HUGE ... 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms...

The apartments at Akama are very spacious and comfortable. Very friendly staff. In aperfect position. Right opposite the boat club for excellent meals and enterrtainment. A stroll along the esplanade to beautiful beaches. . Great fishing.

We were very happy at our stay at the Akama Resort in Hervey Bay. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment and I cannot fault it. The rooms were very clean, very spacious, had big wardrobes and a brand new kitchen. The pool area was perfect as well!
