Stayed in family unit that was very smelly!stale and old. Very overpriced and there were no smoke alarms. I would stay elsewhere next time. The photos were deceiving and They don't do a service during the stay. The signs around the place seemed unfriendly.

We were treated with suspicion when first telephoning to make the reservation to the extent we considered going elsewhere. Being in the industry ourselves for over 20 years I found the initial . customer service disappointing. However we were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and layout of the unit which while basic met all our needs..Nice and quiet had a... More

Heated towel rail had masking tape where cord met the rail. Smoke detector in one bedroom, nothing in living area , this does not meet minimum safety standards . We had the two bedroom unit. Only opaque glass sliding doors on one bedroom, didnt even go to ceiling. I felt quite offended to be told I would be charged if... More

The unit (and especially the bathroom) were clean and sufficiently spacious. Many of the details were dated (carpets, bedspreads, etc.) and there was a bit of dinginess underlying the clean surfaces. We did find it a bit odd that guests must wash their own dishes if they use the ones stocked in the sink, but there was a sign up... More

I found my room very pleasant, smelled nice as they had a glade bottle in the room,I did find the staff were a bit slow to answer the door bell, I got in my car to leave, once they found out I was there they showed me to my unit. there were signs up in the bathroom to show you... More

This motel has very musty smell, very dated and not good value for money. Photos on the Internet were very misleading. On the pictures it looked more modern but in reality it's very old. Does not deserve 3 stars that it displays. We were charged for baby cot, it came packed - not made-up. I would not recommend this place... More

While my room was quiet it was horribly outdated, signs of mould around the shower, peeling paint, cracked basin. I also found the heating woefully inadequate - as it struggled to combat the cold. Positively the welcome was warm and helpful. This will be an excellent stay when/if the rooms are refurbished - currently simply not good enough at the... More

We stayed here for one night. There were five of us and we were accommodated in one unit with two bedrooms. The place was clean and the linen fresh. What lets the place down is the tired décor, though the carpets look new or near new. The place was full. If you stay here, be prepared for backpacker standard. It... More
