While the motel faces the open sea, it is partially blocked by trees and separated by a road. Great Views, spacious, comfortable, clean and tidy rooms. We had a ground floor 2 bedroom. Accomodation is affordable and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Kaikoura is wonderful place and we enjoyed her beautiful wild life and friendly locals. We'll be back!! more

This motel is off the main strip very quiet. The rooms have nice kitchenettes and 5 of us shared a 2 bedroom room very comfortably. The owner made great recommendations about restaurants nearby. Loved staying at Panorama motels. We had a really special family time here. Great facilities. Amazing view across the sea to the snow clad mountains.
