The hosts were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Grounds were very attractive (great for families). The room was very nice, tidy, clean and very comfortable. It certainly had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable as well. I'll certainly be back the next time.

Had a 3rd floor room that overlooked the beach/sea. The view was awesome. The room was very comfortable and clean. Staff were the usual friendly and helpful 'Coasters'. Hokitika is one of the best spots to stop on the West Coast but often overlooked. This place is a great central location to do this from.
