If you really MUST stay in Greymouth, then the Ashley hotel is a pretty safe bet. We were upgraded to a three bedroom unit (for the two of us!). Clearly, we had plenty of space and it's pretty hard to find fault with the Ashley, which was modern, clean and good value accomodation. It's at least a couple of miles... more
