very clean room. Back off the road so very quiet and got a good nights sleep. Comfy bed. Friendly hosts. We would recommend this motel. Supermarket and Warehouse across the road a real plus. We will stay again.

After arriving in Greymouth and concluding that our original accommodation was not suitable, we were recommended that we try the Sundowner Motel - this was a fantastic move and both my mother and I had really comfortable, clean and spacious rooms. The owners couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful and we would highly recommend if staying in Greymouth.

Located just uphill from the station, this is a well-run motel with good-sized rooms. Had one nights stay in this lovely motel. everything was clean and tidy and the owners have thought of evertything that you might need for self catering on a small scale. we stayed at the front on the first floor, and it was beautiful. we would certainly come back and would highly reccomend it to others
