Unfortunately this motel is some distance from the railway station but it is not alone in that respect in the major town of Palmerston North.

The motel is functional and satisfactory, though unexceptional and not one that will remain in my memory in five years' time.

OK for a one night stay in one of NZ's more boring towns. more
